It was my first experience here, my samsung galaxy tab A7 was given for service, they told me that it may take nearly two weeks.. But I got it back and repaired with in 4 days, surprisingly they replaced my display and back cover with in the insurance.. Service was good.. And they informed me after repair..

From my heart this is the best customer care service from Samsung that I experienced , I have been using Samsung more than 8 years in between I changed many models and dealt with many customer service but the experience was awful in the past. But the manager and the staffs of the center who take cares the customer like a king even after the warranty is over . vishnu rag the manager who is so empath and understood and guided like a real manager and the staffs also good btw

Located on the first floor of JP tower opposite boat jetty is easily accessible and the visibility is good even in heavy traffic. When I called, the person attended the call very politely and their behaviour is also appreciatable when I visited. As far as technical concern they are using Samsung original parts and there's nothing to worry about it.
