Amazing service all staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel ambience n cleanliness was above expected level. View from room towards lake was great. In restaurant staff were attentive of our needs especially with kids there likes n dislikes were well looked after. Booked Shikara boat 2hours for 5,000Rs, time well spent. Thanks to all staff.

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights for our girls trip. We had an awesome experience. Service was exceptional with the staff being warm, friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and secure at the resort and the location is pristine. Food, ambience, Service have all been extremely impressive! Recommended this place and will come back with the family next.

We got the premium room for view but small plants was blocking the view. Nice property but need to keep little more clean. Overall it was nice hotel staff was very friendly. Not sure about location, it was hard to get in and out as it was very small roads.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever seen. The weather was hot abs the staff of excellent. They are friendly and professional. My wife and I enjo every minute. We will come back again. I recommend this place to everyone.

Flawless stay, everything from rooms, exceptional view, boat service, spa. Specially the breakfast menu had many options.

Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service. The staff gave a lovely birthday surprise to my husband with cake and flowers and arranged a special table with balloons out in the lawns and took care of all our requirements throughout our stay. This hotel is wonderful for children as there is ample of running space, there are rabbits, ducks and much more for the children to see and enjoy.

The property is excellent. We had our stay for 2 days and they sure that everything is just perfect.
The rooms have beautiful views. Staffs are very polite and cooperative. Food will and taste is great!!

The rooms are very nice and comfortable very courteous staff. View is superb. We didn’t find the food good as there was little choice of continental and North Indian cuisine. Exclusive boat ride was the best.

We were there for one night and we wanted to do candlelight dinner, but it was not possible for them, but they made it up with special table service in AC room in the kitchen. Specially, kitchen service was really good. Their food was OK. The staff is very helpful with my little baby I could enjoy. Thank you

Beautiful property. I wish i would have stayed for more days. It was only for one day. Its next to a beautiful lake. And you see pheasants, ducks in the morning and they are roaming around in the garden of the property. Great food and service as well. I will come back for sure

It was overall good stay. Except we had to shift the room in emergency due to leakage of water in the ceiling. Ambience was great and location was perfect to enjoy tranquility.staff was polite.

The amenities are world class and the front staff and all other staffs are very professional in their work.

A very wonderful experience at the resort. Very good food and service. Especially, Lakshmi and Kavya were there to handle our baby when we were having food. So kind and generous staff.

Our stay here was great, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Rooms were spacious and the staff is very helpful and had a smile on their face always.
The food was good although I believe they can add a bit more variety in the dinner buffet.
The breakfast time is till 10 which we think on a vacation should be increased a bit may be till 10:30.
Overall it's a recommended property of you are in Alleppey

The hospitality of this resort is amazing, every body helps you like a family, excellent staff, amaIng service, warm friendly and what not!
Location is perfect, next to lake, u can enjoy evening snacks and boat rides too
Lovely garden, had fun at the pool, enjoyed every meal, clean, amazing cozy rooms

Vinay from front desk is an amazing person, he takes care of his guest like his family member, he offered welcome cake twice to us.

it was a great holiday we had. v beautiful lawn, greenery and birds. Added to that could be coconut water served as welcome drink or at breakfast.Should definitely like to add that the spa and massage was indeed very great, good trained persons. Rajeswari was simply superb at the massage, well trained

Everyone was very helpful. There was an issue with smell (backwater) in the bathroom that they resolved very quickly. Service at the breakfast was good but could be improved. Had to look for staff to get coffee/Tea.
Would recommend this facility to friends and family.
