We had an excellent stay at FarmVilla. Sanjay is a perfect host and ensured a hassle free onboarding and stay! FarmVilla has one of the best views to Kinner Kailash and the entire range. Homestay is in lush green location. I was initially hesitant to book this place as there is no car road till the property (you will have to walk around 300m to reach the homestay), but, Sanjay made sure he shared all details and also came till our car to escort us to the homestay. One note, if you have heavy luggage then it will be difficult. What we did is that we left the heavy luggage in the car and only carried what was necessary for the nigh stay. It was a smooth walk to the homestay and the views from the homestay just made all this planning worth it! Home cooked food, fresh apple juice from the homestay orchard (the taste will stay with u for a long long time!), serene atmosphere and panoramic view of mountains right in front of our eyes was what we needed at out last destination of the Spiti-Kinnaur trip and we got it! Thanks Sanjay ji for your hospitality.

This place is just gorgeous. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Hiking around the village near the home and to the next village is highly recommended. Sanjay took excellent care of us and the local food he cooks is exceptional and portions were generous. He's also just so kind and welcoming...and handsome.

If you enjoy trekking this place offers a small trekking adventure till the property. The views of snow peaked mountains across the property are breathtaking. In terms of the property:
1. Clean, large and tidy rooms
2. Clean toilets
3. Homely food.

As a host Sanjay displays a warm hospitality. He is friendly and welcoming. I totally suggest this place to stay in Kalpa.

Sanjay being such a wonderful host took care of everything so well. The rooms are clean and 24hrs hot water service plus extremely delicious home cooked food is the best thing at their place♥ It’s also very affordable and the location is just beautiful and so is the view from the balcony! They also have yummy apricot and apple trees that we ate from ☺

Had an amazing stay here in March, 2020. The host, Mr. Sanjay, made sure the stay was comfortable and served great home cooked meals. The rooms are comfortable and the washrooms are clean with running hot water. All in all a great stay, highly recommend.

I stayed there for a night with my travel group. Sanjay was a great host. I really loved the family who were too kind. Everyone at the place makes sure your stay is made comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and hoping to go back there soon :)

Our stay here was very comfortable. Mr. Sanjay is a great host. The place is very well maintained. It has all the amenities that you will possibly require during your stay. The food served here is also really good. The best part about here is the walk to reach this place which is like a nature-walk. So glad this place is not on the main road, accessible by vehicles. The view of Kinner Kailash from the balcony in the morning is everything!

If someone is looking for a complete break from cities hustle life this is a place to be. Host here are welcoming and will make sure you don't face any challenges while staying here. Food served is delicious. Cleanliness 5/5.

Wonderful experience at the home stay. Please book in advance to have hassle free experience. And the views are amazing from here. You can see the Kinnaur Kailash peak, Razdan peak and other snow cladded mountains from here. The mesmerising views will stay with you forever as memories.

Amazing and peaceful place to stay. Perfect view of snow capped kinner kailash range. Sanjay is a great host, a young friendly guy. He shared his experiences, how things work over there, their traditions and culture. I had a great time there. It is a home away from home. Cheers!!

A quaint homestay in the middle of an apple orchard, surrounded by cherry blossom trees. With a balcony that faces the snow clad mountains. It's sounds too good to be true , but it is !
There is a bit of a walk, about 300m from the road to get to the homestay but with the views offered, one forgets all fatigue.
The caretakers are very hospitable, food is homely and warms the soul. The bathrooms are shared but it's very neat, with hot water facility.
All in all, a perfect place to stay in kalpa.

Nice place to stay in nature’s lap. It’s located right in the middle of Apple and other fruit orchards. Kinnar Kailash is just in front visible from the terrace. Food was prepared by the caretaker was fresh and tasty. Only negative side is the Homestay is located 300 meters from parking place and one has to walk through the village narrow pathway with all the luggage.

The best place to stay in kalpa ...I have stayed in many homestays n hotels but this one is close to my heart... The view, food ,people most importantly Sanjay bhayia. You just name it. Specially for solo travelers this place is heaven.. you can simply own this place till you are there.. no disturbance or anything and Sanjay bhayia's knowledge about everything 🤗a great guy, great knowing you bhayia.. coming back again in a month or two ❣

It is nicely furnished, very clean and spacious.Great location close to the village kalpa. The trip was lovely and food was good.We recieved a warm welcome by the host Mr Sanjay and felt very cozy and comfy with our room. Highly recommended .

Beautiful homestay , if you are visiting kalpa , you should consider this place , sanjay is a very good host , he made everything easy , he took care of us like a family, the food is awesome, i wish I could stay more , probably next time surely. The view , the vibes of this place is amazing, i dont have words to describe
