Worst travels in world, they don't know basic manner for any passenger , very rude , making fun of passengers , very highly unprofessional behaviors , they don't care who you are they just need money in kerela this travels is worst ever i experience 2022 ...... Government people and busses are more trustable then this Fathima travels

DO NOT USE! Scammed us out of bus tickets and sent us to the wrong bus stop so we missed our bus. Then pretended phone line was too bad to hear each time I called to complain. Obviously didn’t get our money back.
