This ground is very beautiful to watch, one of the large ground here. There is railway track is near to the ground that is also very beautiful.

Beautiful play ground near to the beach of alleppey.

It is a large ground in Alappuzha owned by Alappuzha Municipal corporation. It's mainly used by children for playing sports like cricket and also by driving schools to teach driving(Taking H and 8 on vehicles) as those tests are conducted at this ground. Sometimes also used as a parking ground for people coming to visit alappuzha beach. It also has a helipad so that helicopters can land. It's simply the ground and that's it. Nothing really special. Also the March parede during independence day also happens here.

It also takes the role of helipad in emergency and important occasions as well. Alappuzha's Independence Day & Republic Day celebrations are staged here. It is close to Alappuzha Beach.

It's a nice place to spend and plenty of parking space, moreover the parking is free here but on other sides of the beach you will have to pay. The beach is just meters away where you can enjoy more
