Aravukad High School is one of the educational institutions owned and managed by Aravukad Kshethra Yogam the governing body of Aravukad Sree Devi Temple.The school was established in 1968 with a view to give education to the villagers of this area.
The school has an excellent academic career. Later this school was upgraded as Higher Secondary School and is functioning in an excellent way. The atmosphere of the school is very calm as it is very near the temple.

I studied here during year 2004-2006. Good school for Higher secondary education. Good management , dedicated teachers , good lab facilities, infra structure. Near to NH, so easy transportation. Main streams Biology science, computer science, commerce, humanities.

When I was studying at Aravukad Higher secondary school, that was very good experience. This school having classes from 7th standard to plus two. In plus two, 3 main groups are going on. Science, Commerce and Humanities. This school have good auditorium and play ground. There is little court and basket ball court also available. Having Very good sports history for this school. This school is under the management of Aravukad sridevi temple. This school having parking area for motor cycles and cars. All teachers are very talented and co operative. This is the biggest and famous higher secondary school in Punnapra. It is very near to bus stop and national highway 47. Over all this school is very good.
