Very neat and well maintained property. Excellent service! Entire staff was very courteous and polite. Stayed with family for two days, food also was great. Highly recommended!!

It’s my personal opinion you have to think about room size. Otherwise as a host you guys are really outstanding. It was homely feeling whatever time we spend . Your out of the box service for my princess is really memorable.

Our Gangtok stay was incredible! Every morning, we opened our eyes to stunning valley views that made us feel like we were in a dream. The hotel staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Roshni. She planned everything perfectly, from permits to hikes, so we could just relax and enjoy.

By the time we left, we had a head full of mountain memories and hearts full of gratitude for the hotel's amazing service. If you're looking for a comfy, friendly, and breathtaking place to stay in Gangtok, look no further!

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay in Gangtok, Sikkim, and I cannot praise the hospitality and services provided by the hotel and its staff enough.

The staff's politeness and attentiveness were noteworthy, with business partners personally ensuring our satisfaction. Ms. Roshni, played a pivotal role in orchestrating a seamless experience. From permits to travel routes, she handled every detail, allowing us to focus solely on enjoying every moment of our time in Gangtok.

In summary, our trip to Gangtok became an array of unforgettable memories, thanks to the comprehensive and thoughtful package provided by the hotel.

I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views in the heart of Sikkim Gangtok.

Let me post a detailed review since most of the reviews I saw on google were not in details and very critical about of services. I stayed here for 4 nights.
1) the management has changed and there is a whole new staff and trust me this people are realy serious about hospitality and they keep no stones unturned to make your stay a pleasant one.
2) the dining area was realy clean and quality and quantity was realy great.
3) the washrooms are not only spacious but the geysers are quite big and efficient
4) the hotel is located outside the town center and provides great view of the valley, away from the bustling crowd.
5) tbe rooms and blankets were realy clean.
6) one place for improvement is the choice of drinks, there need to be more choices.
7) heaters and fire place are available onsite but at a cost.

Very beautiful rooms and the service is on top. Staff are so courteous and helpfull. The food is so beautifully made. The view from the restaurant area is very pleasant. The rooms are so spacious and neat with every amenities that are needed.

I stayed there with my family. There rooms are very clean and beautiful. We stayed in room no 703 which had a very beautiful view. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. 24 hours hot water is running. The owner of this hotel is very friendly and a nice person. Hotel manager and all other staffs were also too much co-operative and nice. There foods are very tasty. This hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to visit Gangtok and wants to stay in clam and beautiful place.

Lovely hotel with an awesome view. This hotel is located just a few kilometers from the main town but still offers scenic mountain views and it feels like you are really far off from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are very courteous and took good care of us. Food was also top notch. Would definately recommend.

Wonderful place to stay at Gangtok, the best balcony view, extremely clean rooms, wonderful and supportive staff, always on their toes to help and support their guests. The best staff around is Sunny, throughout with his guests checking on their comfort. Roshni at the reception a great support in organising all site visits. Great food. A MUST PLACE to stay.

Location of the hotel is good the view from the my rooms balcony is really awesome. The lady Miss Roshni attended us really well and she is always be there to help you out on anything you required.
