Rooms are average but hotel stafs behavior are really good and they also very helpful

Food & beverage are also very good ......

Worst experience ever with owner/manager (Vipin/Yadav) of hotel, they are fraud. Once you paid the advance money they'll forget that u are a customer. Don't pay advance money more than Rs 200 else they will try to cancel your pre booking and will try to deceive with your advance booking money by giving you the false reason. I and some of my freind also experienced the same and they deceived us with Rs 1000 which I never received from them even after several call and request. They cheated us

Don't book the room at Palkhil, they will cheat. Staff are rude and behave badly. Fully ouder and unhygienic, Gyser not working. Neither suitable for family not for kids also. Other hotel are far better then Palkhil. Not gave any receipt that I have paid.

It was not poor it was worst hotel I have ever seen...neither the hotel not it's food was good..I have stayed here this year only..the food was not cooked once the order was placed rather it was pre cooked and heated and served...we had requested them for chilly chicken and fried rice.a..it turned out the fried rice was rotten...water was leaking from the roofs...and the water was not available...neither was room service

Very bad service. Food is not hygienic. Waiters and owners have no integrity. They served hair in my soup and made us pay even after complaining.

Worst hotel ever. People are fraud, rooms are dirty. A place worse than this would be difficult to find. Beware of this one, people.

So small rooms stingy, television is old, the worst hotel to stay.
