ShriGo Hotel Gangtok

I had a great time. The view was awesome. You can have mountain views from hotel itself. The food served was also good. The staffs were also helpful.
The rooms and and other areas were clean.overall I had great time with my partner.

We had 3 days here from 26th March. We had good experience over here. The rooms were good. The highlight was the food. The quality of food and taste was very good. The staff was polite and co- operative. The view from the rooftop garden is beautiful. Overall very nice experience.

I spent two days at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel staff demonstrated politeness and great support, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The food quality exceeded expectations, and the staff went out of their way to cater to customer needs proactively. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families. My only challenge being the initial difficulty in locating the hotel entrance through Google Maps, possibly due to its hillside location with a steep slope, I attribute this to it being my first visit to such a hilly area.

Very good hotel with awesome food and excellent service by the staffs. We particularly liked the courtesy extended to us by Mr. Sujon Roy of the restaurant 👍

ShriGo Hotel is an excellent 3 star hotel located in the Tathangchen locality of Gangtok.
The rooms are well equipped and spacious. Their Breakfast Buffet is excellent
The staff is exceedingly hardworking and professional.
The location is a bit remote but it is all right

Received an amazing hospitality throughout our stay, starting from traditional welcome along with welcome drinks during check-in. Rooms are excellent with balcony and view of the mountains are picturesque. The location is offbeat and in the outskirt of gangtok and people wanting to stay nearer to MG mark shouldn’t consider this hotel but if you are looking for absolute serendipity then this hotel is the best.

Shrigo is one of those hotels who understand comfort, quality, and service. The rooms are clean and well-equipped for both long-term and short-term guests. The bed is comfortable, all the toiletries are provided, and there is a kettle and fridge too. The work desk is in a corner providing the right segregation from the rest of the room. The little details such as the do not disturb button which disarms the door bell, the light inside the cupboard which turns on as the door is opened, and warm water in the bottles makes Shrigo unique. Beyond working as a business, the hotel obviously cares for their guests.

Their staff is polite, helpful, and sweet. They are prompt and go a step further to provide what you need, sometimes without even asking. This is not the place where you would hear someone screaming or anything dirty, ever. The senior management is always present to ensure things run professionally and perfectly.

The food is great. Their is parking. Everyday housekeeping. A beautiful open terrace with cute little plants to sit anytime of the day. The surroundings are quiet, because the hotel is a little bit away from the main markets and the road. Many rooms and the restaurant has a view too.

As a writer and someone who sees a place slowly, I found this hotel perfect.

Very nice place to stay in Gangtok. Stayed there for 2 nights in April 23. Staff, Service was very responsive and supportive. Restaurant is nice place to relax and enjoy dinner or breakfast. They also arranged local site seeing at reasonable cost. Overall very good experience

Awesome hotel at great location having rooms with balcony and mountain view. Staff is polite. Breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and tasty. But dinner was bit too spicy and oily. Also we had to ask multiple times for drinking water bottles in the room but seems like drinking water is currently an issue in all of Sikkim. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Stay is comfortable. Hotel service is excellent,rooftop view is awesome and peaceful...food is delicious and management and hospitality is superb..... Special purnima is very friendly I like talking with her and anila is also friendly....hotel room were neat and clean ....

The services provided here, are excellent. Staff provides personal attention to each client. We are very much pleased from the services given by Mercy Ma'am and Priya Ma'am, and all staff. The taste is delicious in each meal.

I have stayed in Shri Go Hotel in Gangtok in second week of Oct 2022. The hotel location is fairly okay. To go to MG Marg you can take a shared taxi (40 bucks per person) or private cab (for 150-200 bucks)
The rooms are good compared to the price. I got a deluxe room including breakfast at around 2k per day. Deluxe rooms do not have any view. (E.g. room 301) (Although valley view is mentioned, all you can see is a giant wall).Also I got upgraded to a better room on the last day with an additional 1200 bucks.(room 303) This room had a balcony and a view.
The terrace and restaurant are good and the food taste is very good and decently priced.
Staff is very polite and friendly.
Some of the rooms have a slope (not perfectly horizontal) which leads to water logging in the washrooms
