Alpine Hills Retreat by Rare Himalayas

Recently had an opportunity to stay in this place for couple of days. It was really an amazing experience. Felt like home. The food, the cleanliness, the service everything was up to the par. Special mention to the room service boys. Though there were communication problems, they managed to serve us with a bright smile on their face. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Alpine Hills Retreat for taking care of us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Alpine Hills Retreat Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff who made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my entire stay.
The hotel's interior exuded elegance and sophistication, with tasteful decor that seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with classic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The plush bed and luxurious linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom provided a delightful touch of indulgence.
One of the highlights of my stay was the panoramic view from my room, offering breathtaking vistas of the city skyline.Breakfast and dinner was so good and delicious.
Overall the stay in this hotel is highly appreciated in all aspects. Especially hospitality and affordable price.

Best hotel in Gangtok. From room service to food this is the best place to visit and invest.

We did booking through an tour agent, and we found the best hotel in the town.

All staff are well trained and are expert in their skills. We were served good quality food.

We had taken breakfast and dinner in our package, and the food was too good.

Bar is also available in the restaurant area.

Breakfast and dinner were available in buffet and room service is also available on request.

Doors have electronic facility.

Hot water is also served.

Hot and cold both water are available in the shower, also liquid soap is provided for bathing, shampoo and hand wash.

Rooms have scenic view from their window. And you will like the the rooms as well the view.

Near by grocery store is available in case you required any additional personal stuff.

Veg n non veg option is available.

Highly recommended place to tourist or any one finding an peaceful place.

Had a very pleasant stay here with my family. The rooms were clean and hot water always available. The staff are very courteous, special mention to Anuj who showed great hospitality and took care of all our requests. They even prepared food for our baby upon our request. Super happy with our stay here 👏🏼

Great location, Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. The hotel was clean, stylish. we had an excellent service. Food was delicious. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.Manager and Hotel Staff was very good and their service as well . Specially Robin and Anuj was very helpful. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for longer visit in the future

The rooms were really clean, the food was amazing and it is definitely one of the best place to stay in Gangtok. The staff is one of the friendliest that one would find especially Anuj who helped me with all small little things. No trouble whatsoever. Thankyou for the memorable stay.

We stayed 3 nights and It was a very pleasant stay here. Our overall experience was very good. Staffs were very well behaved and helpful, rooms are so neat and clean, food was so yummy. I ll definitely recommend to my near and dear ones to this place.

Recently we had visited Gangtok for a vacation and stayed in Alpine Hills hotel for 3 days. It has a very good ambiance, staffs are kind and friendly. Double rooms are decent with a good view of hill. It has a restaurant which serves decent food with reasonable prices. Overall a great experience . Good place to stay.!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff Mr Robin and other staff were very cooperative. The room provided had an excellent view. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Good Experience. Rooms are big and spacious. The staff and in-house services and food is excellent. Only issue would be the distance of the hotel from the main market, hence no other options for food and any other thing after a certain time. Rest everything else is very good. Recommended to stay with family.

They are very well mannered and soft in nature.Especially the service provided by room service boy Mr Anuj is commendable. He was always reachable and took care of us as a family. The staff was outstanding! Went out of their way to help, almost 24 hours a day! One of the best! Location is good & the rooms are also pretty good! Will certainly consider this hotel for my future staying!

Gangtok-Alpine Hill retreat. The Hotel is a simple, clean and well maintained hotel with a decent restaurant. The room provided had an excellent view of the entire Gangtok Valley. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The common areas were very aesthetically decorated and gave a feel of the Tibetian vibe. The Hotel is on a quite road a bit away from the main city center, but is still fairly well connected. Gangtok city itself is very beautiful with lots of tourist attractions. I will not list the attractions here - you can see them in other blogs. The city has well maintained roads and is very clean.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our hotel stay, The food was really good and the rooms were comforting. Sometimes it's not the rooms that matters but the service provided by them. Thank you Mohan Bhai and Team 🙏🏻

It was good experience. Stayed for 2 days while visiting Gangtok.

Good Points:-
1. Rooms are near and clean
2. Rooms light are well and good.
3. Room service facilities are good.
4. Staff behaviours are decent. They help you everytime.
5. Except Cash, card, UPI.

On Food:-
1. Breakfast is good. They have various option.
2. Veg and Non Veg Food are seperately served and placed in different region.
3. They ask many times for Lunch and Dinner.
4. Dum Aloo (Darjeeling Style) is spicy Aloo Tamatar sabji.

They provide warm water on asking.

Overall, good behaviour of staff, people.

It was great experience staying here. Nice hospitality. Nice food. Highly recommended
