One of the worst shop ever I have visited in MG Marg. I wanted to buy a child stroller.
Me and my mom went there to buy and we asked for the price and details the staff (three lady staff) I wish I knew there name.
They were horrible at the job very rude disrespectful they judge us by our cloths.
They should be trained properly and professionally.
They have one job to do to treat there customers properly.

He (owner of first cry shop MG Marg Gangtok Sikkim.)resisted the offer shown in the firstcry app.. a customer asked about the offers given to him by the company but he replied as "it's the work of the company to give offers ..not us .We don't give offers" ...accordingly I had already paid extra 2k for a baby cradle without an offer ...actually which had ... ..so please check and go . Better avoid going to this first cry store

Do check the GST amount, they do fraud by charging more GST... Do Compare with online gst amount...

They charged me 150 more that the 5% gst on the porduct (baby jacket)
