The cleanliness of this hotel room was exceptional. The bathroom was very clean. The bedspread was also very clean. The staff was very helpful and the service was top notch. The bathroom and room were cleaned on a daily basis. Towels were also changed daily. The food was also good. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was that the room heater was available for an extra charge. You could always ask for an extra blanket and the staff will provide it to you.

It's was a nice stay. Room was spacious and neat n clean. Food quality n taste is excellent. Mr Lawrence, the hotel manager, is a very nice person .Other staffs are also very polite and professional. The room was very good and the service was excellent! The hotel have roof top mountain view and outdoor sitting...one can enjoy the scenery. Overall it was memorable stay!!

We returned from Gangtok a week back and our stay at Daizzo Maple Residency was amazing. Clean rooms, picturesque view from the rooftop, tasty menu and excellent overall ambience. The concierge was very helpful and informative right from the booking stage. Thankful to them to organize the drivers, guides to help us navigate with the sightseeing. People at the diners were well behaved and courteous. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is awesome and maintained in a very neat and tidy manner. Rooms are too good with courteous staff..Even food in the restaurant is too good... overall the hotel provides good hospitality and I recommend tourists to choose this hotel for a very pleasant stay..

The quality of the food is excellent. They serve mouth watering dishes. The restaurant manager Mr Himanshu never failed to meet and greet us. The service of all the hotel staff is excellent. They add a personal touch in services they provide. It is among one of the best hotel i have stayed.

Awesome hotel. A bit far from MG marg but you can get a cab for 150rs which is reasonable. Try to book suite room for best experience.

Location of this hotel is one of the best suited, as it is very near to M G Marg, the life line and main market area of the Gangtok.
It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. We were very much worried as most of hotels in hill station have small rooms. Usually they less care for customer service. But it was very surprising that the hotel staff was very professional and very cooperative.
Room service and other services was best in town. Food was delicious. We have had comprehensive package of room, breakfast and dinner and there was no scope to complain.
Weather of Gangtok is very unpredictable. The hotel staff has provided alternate package and logistics as per change in weather.

We booked the room only for one day but the hotel was so good that we extended our booking to 4 days. The location, the food ,the staffs and the rooms were all excellent. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The hotel made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want a good hotel stay at the best price .

Stayed here with a group of 16 in May 2018. Loved the location , room view and interiors. The noteworthy observation is the hospitality in the leadership of Himanshu More, head in the restaurant who always wears a warm smile on his face and promptly caters to individual needs of visitors.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 days and felt like home, particularly hospitality from mr. himanshu and mr.divs are very good. Overall I recommend this hotel to my friends if they don't want to miss home like food.

This is probably the best hotel in Gangtok one could possibly get. The staff is really friendly and the food is delicious. The rooms has the best views to offer and the market is just 1.2 kms away.
