Hotel City Palace

Had a nice stay.. Clean n cute room, food was good, courteous staff and easy accessible for bus n train and in walkable distance many more attractions and near market for wonderful shopping so overall it was very good.

Good location easy access for bus stand and railway station and also opposite to Ooty lake.Rooms are near and clean.Also food downside restaurant was good.All staffs were polite and helpful.I recommend this hotel.Also lake view was good.Safe and secure for family.

Nice hotel and reception mam. Khurshid s good and helpful .hot water 7 tu 10 .and it's very near tu bus stand. In hotel they have the facility fr lunch and dinner and breakfast .guys if u r coming to ooty with family r friends just book city palace hotel ooty. And rooms are very clean and neat .

Nice to stay here. Ooty bus stand and Railway station is very near. Only 500 metres.both Veg and Non veg is here.
Smoking is outside.
Both hot and cold water available and Airconditioner is good.
Horse driving is in hotel gate out.lake is opposite side , but lake main gate is just 400 meters.
Good and best room near Ooty bus stand. U come by walk is good for health. More Auto available any time. Bus stand more hotels and lodges and shops are near.very safe.

The moment I entered the establishment I was hit by the scented flower smell which enlightened and brightened my sleepy senses. And the wharf of freshly cooked baked goods was in the air of the reception counter. I was greeted by a warm staff member and was taken to a luxurious fine room which had the pool view. There was a small basket of welcome goodies waiting for me. After my light breakfast and well rested i visited their famously services spa. There are hiting stone's,mud bath, chocolate therapy, aroma therapy five senses awaking therapy and a whole different section foot spa,etc. I chose the ayurvedic head massage therapy followed by mud bath. It was out of the body experience I will recommend this highly.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant food is super awesome. Looks ok but taste wise it's the best. Trust me on this. Best affordable place to stay in Ooty with very cooperative front end desk staffs.

It’s located near Railway station, Bus stand. The room staffs were very good. Also the food quality is very good.
They too offered packages for sightseeing which are cheap and seemed worth the money. It is very nice hotel for stay in Ooty.
