The Majestic Crown

I visited Ooty towards the end of 2023 (29 Dec 23 -01 Jan 24)
The rooms were luckily available at the hotel. I booked room for 3 people but had to book 2 rooms for 5 people, which was costly but affordable by New Year's Ooty standards.

The hotel management promptly alloted us rooms as per our choice since we checked in early.
Rooms were clean and decent. 1 room was quite small, and the other was of decent size.
Maintenence staff was prompt to respond to any queries. The hotel was neat and clean.

However, the comp breakfast was a little dissapointment (the food that was served was a little burnt) and little variety to choose from.

The location was perfect from the travel standpoint but no views from the hotel.

Overall, it was a good choice and woulf recommend to anyone if they are not too bosy about the choice.

Very good place to stay with family, budget friendly 24 hrs hot water facilty in washrooms, many hotels will promise but it wont be present when ou checkin, but here hot water was available 24/7. Big rooms, budget friendly morning Buffet, overall good exp with Majestic crown. it is on main road easily accesible

They also providing hot water for drinking and heaters in rooms to cope with cool climate

Hotel was posh, with a restaurant. Good food with good quantity.
I booked standard room, it was clean with ample light and attached bathroom.
Hot water was available but the tap was broken but it still worked.
Host was very nice.
Hotel has a masjid as well and ample parking space.

It's one the best hotel with good service and friendly staff. Hotel have its own underground parking.

We had a nice stay here and the staff were very courteous. They told us the local places to visit. We had free breakfast and chargeable dinner which were too good. Thank you for the hospitality

I stayed here for one night. But if I visit Ooty again I will definitely stay here. This is a great hotel for family at reasonable prices. We reached quite late and the hotel manager was kind enough to prepare dinner for us. The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious. My room didn't have any scenic view as there was a building next door.
From the outside the building might not look much but the interiors are a different story. I was traveling with family and I felt quite safe during my stay.
The hotel has parking facilities.

I stayed 2 nights at Majestic crown and had a pleasant stay. We were 4 people and we chose luxury Quad room. The room was spacious. Staff and Room service was just awesome, you get what you need in just 1 call. Restaurant's Food was also nice. The Best thing I liked about restaurant is that Once we ordered food from swiggy and asked for cups and plates from restaurant and they provided the same without any hesitation, which you will not get in many other hotels where restaurant is attached. Also we had checked Out at 12 PM, however had bus at 9 PM, so kept luggage there and went for sightseeing and came back at around 7 PM and asked for a room to get freshen up, They provided the same without any charges.
Definitely I liked the Hotel and it's service.

The Stay was very Comfortable. It's Good For especially for family. Also they provide free parking for your in the basement of the hotel which is well protected by them. The services from there side was incredible because a porter was provided and I really enjoyed it.

Good property, located by the road side only, reception is eye catching and as the name suggests looks majestic and luxurious. Even the rooms are big. Even the floors areas are well maintained. They do have their own restaurant and provide complimentary breakfast, depands on room package.
Staff was helpful also.
Overall my stay was lovely and pleasant.

Rooms were clean and neat. Staff were responsive and very much cooperative Quality food at the restaurant at not so high rates. Breakfast buffet comes at 169/- with varieties of tiffin items.

The rooms are very neat and clean and service is also very good. Good news for Muslims they have inbuilt Masjid so that you can offer your Namaz.

Very nice hospitality, I stayed here for 3 days. While on a honeymoon trip. The hotel and its staffs are unforgettable because of their good behavior and the cleanness and hygiene of the hotel. They just provide me a 3 Star standard with cheap and inexpensive cost. As the trip was with my private car I also got a very safe parking place at the hotels ground level. The hotel and its staffs are appreciated for their behaviour to the customers.stayed here for 3 days. While on a honeymoon trip. Neat and clean rooms and hotel space as well. Very good gesture from the reception across the day, prompt and to the point service along with. Food is also standard quality and budget friendly. This hotel is out of the main town, for the tourists who love some serenity.

One of the most amazing hotel in have stayed inn. There rooms are quite spacious. There is hot water facility 24 hours. There is ample parking space and the restaurant serves some delectable food which most upscale restaurants fail to do soo. The hotel is located in the main road and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Had a really great experience here. The rooms were clean. Huge relief was that the washroom was clean too. The hotel staff is very helpful. The only issue was they hadn't kept water bottles in our room before arrival and we had to ask. But I guess I am nitpicking.

There are lot of hotels in tourist places which migh look different online and are something entirely different when u get there . But no sir not this one , this hotel is a gem hidden in Ooty . We booked a Quad room which was everything we expected . So kudos i

Very nice hotel. I and my family stayed two days. 7 & 8 December 2018. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. All staff are very co operative. Restaurant was excellent. Food were very testy. Service was very quick. I never forget " fulka" roti. Quality food and quality service. Staff are very humble. Thank you all hotel staff and restaurant staff to gave us nice hospitality. Fast check in and out process. In future I will come at Ooty I definitely stay at this hotel. I suggest to visitors to stay at this hotel. Nothing to worry.
