=> As the name suggests, Hanuman Tok is a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman and located near Ganesh Tok at a distance of around 11km from the Gangtok City.

This is a temple dedicated to Lord Shri Hanuman . Situated near Tourist Facilitation Center on the way to Nathula Pass. From Gangtok's MG Marg it takes hardly 30 Min to reach here . There are 2 different in same premises, one is main temple for Lord Shri Hanuman while other one is Ram Sita Temple . There is a beautiful view point along with the temples and below of view point there is the gallery which visualizes the life incident of Ram Sita in 'BANABAS' where they met Lord Shri Hanuman Ji and 'Ravan' was killed. You can also avail drinking water facility here if you need.

The Temple is maintained by the Indian Army and it was established in 1952.
This Holy Shrine in Sikkim is located just 11 Km from Gangtok on the way to Nathula, another famous tourist attraction.
I visited this Holy Temple with my beautiful Family and I felt very calm and peaceful there.

You feel so good..!!

This is probably the best stop in 10 point sightseeing. I belive this place is not included in 7 point sightseeing.

Very clean and peaceful. Well maintained!

Highest point in gangtok sightseeing so the view from this place is just amazing.

Don't throw trash and keep the temple clean.

There's a small room which depicts the story of temple.

Beautiful place of worship. Systematic and tidy as this area is maintained by the Indian Army. Does get super cold here near the temple as it is on the peak of a hill. Everything here is self service.

Good and big temple maintained by black cats. This temple is very clean and well managed. Its a very peaceful temple but you will have to climb few steps to get into the temple. When you see the hanuman ji you get relaxed and peaceful within. There is enough space for parking out the temple and seating arrangement inside the temple. There is shoe stand were you can drop your shoes or chappal for free. I had issues only with washrooms out the temple there was no water inside the washrooms.

I think this is one of the less touristy places compared to Ganesh tok. I found this place as very peaceful and you can sit and meditate for hours. On a clear day you will see stunning views of the Mt Kanchenjunga. The place is a bit outside the city limits so make sure you ask for it while planning the trip.

Nice place for mountain view. Restriction of taking photos inside the temple is acceptable but on the place where the mountain view is best is a bit unwelcoming for tourists.

A peaceful place , well maintained by Indian Army.
It has Shree Ram Mandir and Hanuman Mandir.
It is said that when Hanuman went to get the Sanjivini for Laxman he stopped here for rest.

Beautiful location and view.

Hanuman temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman, and maintained by the Indian army. It was established in 1952. According to the locals, when Hanuman was flying to Dunagiri (mountain) which had the life saving herb Sanjeevani to save Lord Rama's brother Lakshmana, he rested in the spot for some time where his temple now lies.
But according to our guide, someone from the ministry had a dream about the same and that’s why the temple is here.
Anyway, the temple is a good spot to visit. Must take laddu parshad.

Beautiful temple complex with a cool aura. Well maintained designated areas for washrooms, huge parking spaces all built by army divisions. Suggested to wear socks as it is at an high altitude with short 5 min walk where the floor will feel very chilly. Most impressive fact is is wheelchair enabled separate path built for disabled up to temple complex which is appreciable.
