Mountain Trails Ooty

The best place with a rich beautiful scenic view, wonderful for relaxation with a view, property in itself has a beautiful garden and pool. Rooms are good, they can provide towels and napkins for guests which wasn't there during our visit but rooms are good with really good service on time every time. Hospitality wise is very good. Breakfast options are less, can improve here. Overall the food was great, the taste was also good.

This property has a great view and it's far from city noise. Great place for relaxing for a day or two. Breakfast variety is limited , but was good enough to make you ready for the day. Mrs Reena, Mr Pradeep and Mr Siva along with other staffs, made all possible efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. We faced a little disappointment with the lunch and dinner quality on the second day. The food was quite good on the first day. They can definitely improve it.

I would recommend this resort to everyone who visits Ooty. The most beautiful place you ll fall in love with the place. It was nice and comfortable stay. Though the breakfast was with bare minimum options however it was served hot as per our requirement. Must stay resort!

Had an amazing experience during our stay in May 23 at Mountain Trails Ooty.. which was completely surrounded by Mountains (best view)…amazing hospitality …… all the special arrangements done by the houses keeping team … We’re amazing … loved every bit ❤

Only thing need to improve is with Food section, need much more improvement, other than this everything was simply awesome experience.

I had been to ooty for the first time and I stayed at Mountains Trails which is one of the luxurious 3star hotel having rooms in a Pool villa. Rooms were very spacious and ambience of Outdoors were awesome. Outdoors includes swimming pool, play area and tea estates which are very pleasant for a photoshoot and if you are a nature loving person, I would highly recommend this place to checkin and the cost of stay was reasonable. They provided free breakfast which were tastes like home foods. I want to thank their hospitality especially a room service person whose name is Nithish. His hospitality was very good.

Place is awesome with a good view nature with a pleasant stay. All basic needs of rooms are provided with of fantastic view balcony.
Mr Pradeep hosted us in a very good manner and available everything what we needed at the time of stay.
Limited type of food available.
Caretaker and management is good but should need to change the chef of the kitchen.
If someone is spending 380 rs for 1 vegetable sabji it's quite worth to leave without eating them.... Besides near the pool view and everything was quite interesting must visit the place once....

This place is absolutely amazing. The scenic view this property offers is simply amazing. Please do enjoy the sunrise and that too early sunrise. The sky turns all shades of red orange purple. Its mesmerising.
The breakfast served is also very nice. Gets you ready for the day. The menu had good options in breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and offer great view of the mountains. I completely enjoyed my stay here with my parents and I will totally recommend this place. Dinner options can be improved as the food offered for dinner was okish.
Overall it was a very pleasent stay and I will definetly book this once again if I again visit Ooty.

I have yet to find a more beautiful resort than Mountain Trails in this area of Ooty.

We stayed here for two days and hands down, these two days would be the most memorable days of our life.

The resort is facing a valley and the view that you get standing in front of your room is unbelievable. No matter what time of the day it is, blending with the climate of Ooty, it's a treat to our eyes and hearts.

The resort has a total of 10 rooms 6 on the Ground Floor and 4 on the first floor.

Rooms are so spacious and ceilings are on the taller side which adds to that spaciousness.

Car Parking is facilitated in front of the resort and can easily accommodate 10 cars.

The complimentary breakfast was good. Hence, we ordered Dinner from there.

The staff were very good and helpful.

This place is insanely amazing! I visited this place on 1st January, 24 and believe me,it was my best new year due to my stay at Mountain Trails.
First and foremost, the view this place offers is too beautiful to explain in mere words. Clouds floating in the air, in front of you and you have to down your gaze to see them. Witnessing clouds' pace and reshaping themselves will give you immense bliss. The valley and its greenery were other gems of the view. The place is very peaceful and serene. The different and beautiful types of flora and fauna in the villa campus are like cherry on the cake. Within campus, there were sitting sheds, swimming pool, bonfire, and sunbath chairs were available where you can roam anytime.
If I talk about amenities, room is very much spacious and tidy. Instilled with all the required gadgets and stuffs like tea kit, water filter, TV, sofa, very very cozy mattress etcetera etcetera.
The staff member guided us on everything in the room. Washroom was also spacious and clean.
Service was so so good. Nitish assisted us very well along with other staffs. I am touched with their hospitality and politeness. They helped us with everything. They provide free breakfast and the hospitality manager was indeed a noble lady and asked us if we need anything else while our breakfast.
Food was available as they have their kitchen. The food was very tasty. Even I drink milk on a daily basis, and they made that available also for me. It felt like home away from home. It had been the best experience till now for me.
As I checked in here on 1st January,24 hence prices were a bit high, but I didn't even mind that because this place has made my new year and given me precious memories and experience.
I will surely visit the place again and highly recommend others also to pay a visit.

We stayed here for three days and enjoyed the resort and the location. It is close to the Tea Park and Doddabetta Peak which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The geyser in the room was subpar as it couldn't hold hot water for more than 7-10 minutes. The lunch and dinner were average. Breakfast was really nice.

Uday was our service rep and he did a great job. He was always available and helped us out promptly for every request.

Really enjoyed our stay at mountain trails. The location is far away from the hustle bustle of ooty. So its very peaceful and the view is superb. Food and service were also excellent. Nitish was the person attending to us and he was always smiling and ready to help.

Stayed for a night in the property , beautiful location , excellent view , delicious food and overall a very good experience . Management is too good and the guy named udhai gave good assistance and was very helpful throughout out stay .

Excellent view, calm surroundings and away from town.

We stayed for two days and it was an unforgettable experience. The climate, rooms, service, food, everything was top notch.

Nitish and Pradeep were really helpful and served us really well.

Supervisor Mrs Rini also made sure that we are treated well.

Overall a great experience and I have already recommended this property to my friends.

Last diwali we visited the mountain trials resort at ooty, Awesome resort located place, views all good. Especially room boy Nithish kullan his service was very good. On that time he will satisfied the guest expectation thank you Nithish....

I stayed for 1 night. Hospitality, location of the place, service, food everything is good. Food was delicious and homely. I ordered Butter chicken masala and dal fry (made of arhar) and it was too good. In the evening snacks like paneer pakoda, onion pakoda etc were there which were good and at a very reasonable price. Staff was good and service was fast.

Last week ee have been here for 2 nights. Location was really awesome with picturesque views of tea gardens & beautiful mountains. Rooms were clean with hot water round o clock. Food also was ok but you should preferably eat outside as restaurant is small and with lot of flies around. Service is good . Mr Pradeep who was appointed for us was really good , courteous and prompt in service.
All n all ,it's a very good property at very much affordable price. Highly recommended.
