One of the Char Dham temples, located in chilling dry mountains. Limited facilities in major of the hotels, and under development infrastructure. Can be reached by road as well as helicopter.

There is a heavy crowd and not so well managed system. Can't buy passes for elders and have to find ways to reach the temple for elders and children.

It is extremely cold, almost the same as kedarnath but when you get to see the glimpse of God, every bit is worth the struggle.

Every sanatanis dream and it’s very well worth it in dev bhumi.You may take strenuous efforts to visit badri,but once you see the temple and the deity all sorry vanishes and that is the power of this deity. Very positive energy and to see the Bhakti of people is overwhelming. Jai badri Vishal.

This is very good place to visit at once in a life. We visit here in rainy season. It was very tuf time to reach here. After reaching we feel very good because worship and Darshan was very easy due to low crowd.
But there was less possibility to reach here by the grace of Badrinath we reach here I am very thankful to God who gave proper guidance and institution to reach over here in such tuf time "Jai Badri Vishal".

We went there in the month of November and we witnessed the snowfall and it was awesome as the doors of the temple is about to be closed there are still a ample number of people visiting the temple and the que is still very large to enter in the temple. After entering in the temple you will feel a calm and relaxing environment. You are more close to nature with astonishing and mesmerising views of mountains.
Tapt kund where water is warm and we took bath there and it is really a gift there where temperature is below 0 and nature is giving you its warmness

One of the famous devotional place and one the the dham of Our Hindu religion. Lord Vishnu is worshiped there. It is situated on the bank of Alaknanda River in badrinath, approx 52 Km from Famous Town Joshimath.Tupt kund is also there where you can see hot water coming inside earth and people use this for bathing befor going to temple. It is ancient Temple, Some days it is oldest temple.

This is one of the main Chardham as planned by Adhi Shankaracharya and also part of Chota Chardham of Uttarakhand. Sri Bardrinath Temple is a Lord Vishnu temple situated bank of Alakananda River and surrounded by Nar and Narayan mountain. The Neelkanth mountain situated in the backdrop. A hotspring is also there. This holy shrine is dedicated to Lord Vishnu in Badri form. A black stone image of Lord Badrinarayan made of Saligram stone is worshipped in the shrine. All types of hotels/ Dharamshala have been situated around this temple. We visited on 18th October and the weather was very cold. Temple is maximum 250 meters from main road that's why no need of trekking. You have to visit temple in early morning otherwise darshan will be difficult due to huge number of pilgrims.
It is definitely a mesmerizing place to visit and offer your prayers. The experience is amazing and beyond explainable words.
After crossing the que system when you finally stand in front of the deity you will forget all your troubles and worries.. it is a mesmerizing effect.. you will immerse in the beauty of Salagrama deity and forget every thing.. I had an immense satisfaction and unexplainable feeling of fulfilling on having the darshan.
There are many small shrines including nar-narayanan, hanuman..etc around the main temple.
You can enjoy the beauty of mighty river Alakananda, hot springs called TAPT KUND etc in the complex. Badrinath Temple offers a unique and spiritually enriching experience that is definitely worth the journey.

Badrinath temple is one of the char dhams is easy to reach and have facilities like hotels, home stays and Dharamshalas. Nights are very cold so don’t forget to keep warm clothing with you. Presently after 10PM road to temple (20kms before the temple) gets closed due to safety reasons so, plan accordingly. Overall a very holy and spiritual place to visit surrounded by beautiful snow covered peaks.

Badrinath is heaven in Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand.
You'll feel blessed once you'll see the temple, the temperature is cold, hospitality is really good, food is amazing 😍, enough shopping places and for warm clothes. One of my best decision to visit Badrinath Dham ❤
