Rooms were good.
Neat and clean.
Owner was very well behaved.
They treated us like VIPS.
Must try their RESTAURANT food. Veg and Non-veg dishes both available.
Room Service NOT AVAILABLE as of now. Overall My experience was nice and I will suggest this hotel for a good stay.

Best in class hotel providing all necessary services and comfort at reasonably low price. Rooms are great and comfortable with air conditioner and television. Room service is good and quick. The staff are very well behaved. Food service is average because of limited food items. Indoor hall is good spacious and party lawn is also good. Suggested for weddings. Overall very good.

First of all it is in beautiful place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was awesome.Staff and the owner were very helpful and well behaved.

Clean rooms, Fresh air, Fresh towel, Bedsheet and Soap was provoded. Great staff with good service. The Bathroom was very big and very neat and clean as well. Manager was really kind. Restaurant is also opening soon. I would suggest everyone to please visit this hotel. Loved it!!!

Excellent hotel in such a area. Manager and the owner is very nice and polite person. Behaviour is very nice. Very helpful. Takes care properly. Professional. Provide all the toiletries. Spacious Ac rooms.

The only stay option, but although being the only option for stay in this small town of Gariaband they have maintained quality and cleanliness. The owner himself meets up with guests and gets personal feedback. The hotel does not have a restaurant attached but they provide homemade food packed in tiffin, and it really tastes good, neatly packed and sufficient quantity. The staff too is friendly and welcoming.

I came here from Delhi for Audit. It is a nice hotel to stay for those persons who are coming from outside. Well maintained, neat n clean , well behaved staff & excellent service of hotel staff. Please experienced once n stay here.

Marriage lawn, restorent and neat and clean king size rooms .

A complete outstanding Hotel With Good & Friendly Staff

Stayed for almost 10 days. Homely stay and very helpful staff. Very nice hospitality by the owner and courteous behaviour. Though hotel has no restaurant food has been arranged as we are staying for long time.hotel is clean and spacious and has everything required.

I have recently been promoted and transferred as Senior Scientist and Head at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Gariyaband, under Agriculture University of Chhattisgarh. I was surprised to find this decent hotel here. I am continuing to stay here for a week or so before I get a rented house I am finding the hotel staff very polite and management generous. Rooms are well maintained. Real value for money.

I'd gone to Gariaband for a work trip in Mar'17 and was prepared for the worst. Instead I ended up in City Regency! Well, life is full of pleasant surprises. 🙂

Pros:
Nice, large, well-lit, modern rooms, clean premises, quiet area, very courteous staff (amazingly hospitable manager/owner), hot water in shower, modern bathrooms, air conditioning, good value for money.

Cons:
No restaurant - only tea available, no work desk or chair. Furnishings are comfortable, though bit provincial in taste.

Good hotel for short term stay in Gariaband. Courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Single and double occupancy available. Not very expensive and Value for money. There are no restaurants in the hotel premise but the staff can arrange for food either through a SHG or nearby restaurant.

Nice hotel to stay. Good rooms and restaurant in the bottom. No room service for foods though.

The hotel is the best and probably the only decent place to stay in Gariyaband. The owner and staff are very good. Food is good.
