Jatmai Ghatarani is a very famous picnic spot near Raipur, Chhattisgarh.Excellent Place with Waterfall. Had an amazing experience.

The first time I visited Jatmai Mata Mandir was when i was 7 years old with my cousins. I had a bit of memory of the waterfall there. A few days ago I went there along with my College friends on an educational trip, all the childhood memories were refreshed. Enjoyed a lot there and got some good captures. Lost my childhood pic :'(

Maa jatmai dham is one of the major tourist destinations of chhattisgarh,which is situated in the lap of nature. Maa jatmai is a natural tourist destination located in rajim road , about 80kms from raipur,the capital of Chhattisgarh.
Being situated in the middle of the forests,it is a favourite picnic spot. The waterfalls here attracts the attention of the people and people are not able to stop themselves from getting wet and bathing in the waterfall. There is also a small dam that you do not forget to see tourism.

This is the world famous philosophical site and waterfall of Chhattisgarh. The best thing about this place is that you can go here in any season but the best time to come here and see the waterfalls is from July to December.

The fair is organised every year in Chaitra and Kunwar in navratras in the temple of maa jatmai. In jatmai people from far away come to visit maa jatmai dham and enjoy a picnic with family & friends.

Jatmai Mata Mandir or Jatmayi Temple is a Hindu temple of Goddess Durga ji located in Gariaband district.The water streams just adjacent to the temple of Mata touch her feet and fall down from the rocks. According to local beliefs, these water streams are the servants of the mother.

Visited after 2010, more developed now. First time to Jatmai and it's quit better than the ghatarani in terms of temples. Public toiled was very very dirty. Thank God that there was a resort behind the Jatmai temple.

The temple Jatmaii Dham is situated between Torenga Reservoir and Ghatarani Temple. The temple has Great architectural values. The complete temple is white coloured. A beautiful waterfall is here, you can enjoy Bathing here, and after that you are able to change your wet clothes in near changing rooms, seperately form males and females. Small and slightly big fishes could also be seen here, below the waterfall.

Very beautiful ful temples and views are awesome but in summer time no water in the place if you plan to enjoy in waterfall then come in rainy season or winter season...in summer you can go to the Dam behind jatmai temple you can enjoy there...

The beautiful place that I have visited that my if you're gorgeous mayangatha can you please forgive me chat me then ghatarani because in ghatarani there is nothing as compared to get my Yepme is all about doing fun so if you peace Falls visit chat me otherwise you will tired and not take the enjoy adjust my waterfalls and the temples you are totally historic temples are there totally secret totally historical monuments are there it was awesome pleaded I have a visit there is hundred kilometres from the Bhilai and so please go for it and visit there and make a picnic from let me post some photos that I have visit there and click at that time
