Hidden gem of Chhattisgarh 🏞

📍From Rajim take Rajim-Gariyaband Road and head in the direction of Gariyaband, after crossing Panduka keep heading towards Gariyaband for 15 km after that take a Left at Nagjhar Diversion, then follow the road for 5km (if you spot a small village named Toiyamuda in between then you're in right direction) after that take a left turn (there is no sign board but this turn come after a field where you can confirm from someone) then keep heading towards until you find an Check dam from where you had to trek up for 15-20 mins to the waterfall.

🧗🏼‍♂You had to start trekking upward from check dam by following a forest trail (Note: Do follow the route which had sand in it otherwise you'll lost in woods for hours)

🏞 There are two points where you can reach, first spot is around the plunge pool below waterfall for which you had to trek down after some time to reach there other point is at the top of waterfall for which you had to keep trekking upward until you find waterfall and step down to the rocky steps into the crest of waterfall.

✅ Place is not crowded like other waterfalls.

❌ Trek is not properly marked so there is a high possibility that you can lost in the forest for hours P.S Before starting trek confirm the trail with the locals

❌ Google Map don't show the full route to the fall so you can't rely on it also it's a no network area

In this monsoon after chingrapagar it is the most visited waterfall near gariyaband. It was a beautiful waterfall. If you wanna see the beauty of nature and feel the music of water, a good scene for photo click ..come to this place,you will enjoy it.The rainy season is good to catch these movements and the best time is between 8am to 2pm on a weekday. Because on the weekend there is too much of a rush. And most adventurous things are there is no proper path. It looks like you are finding new waterfall. Bikes and cars go to that point but it's risky to be stuck in monsoon. And the path is enjoyable you cross small nala and climb the hill after that walk up to 700 to 800 meters and you see the waterfall. And. It is not for kids and senior citizens, the depth of water is suddenly high so if you know swimming then you jump otherwise it's dangerous. And one more thing carry food and drinking water with you. I suggest going with family or groups of people. Don't go one and two people on a weekday . Last thing if you stay near raipur than you have to visit this place. Thank you

Not too crowdy, beautiful place. Also because of depth we are able to swim properly and can do cliff jumping. Requires 1.5 km walk, it is up and down a hill. Not suitable for elderly people.

The hike level is mild which includes streams, uphill climb, rocks and boulders, but pack light, carry ample water, snacks. During monsoon you have to cross streams so preferably wear sandals or clogs. Avoid bringing small kids as the terrain is not favorable. Beware of spider webs.
The pool is quite deep especially during monsoons so if you don't know how to swim avoid entering the pool.

We can reach to this waterfall with the help of google maps and we have to trek about 2 km from where we parked our car to reach this waterfall and if you come from bike than you will reach little closer to this waterfall,there were no snacks shops, so make sure you carry lots water bottle,this trek is little bit tough and adventurous specially during the rainy season because this is a natural trek with some muddy and streams section which we have to cross and this all our efforts will give you to see this beautiful waterfall which is called Gajpalla waterfall.

The best place to visit with your friends.
The path is quite difficult and needs trekking to reach there.Quite difficult to find the place as there are no sign boards.

Nice place but not for ladies as boys do bullying here.Must visit once.
