Studio flats with two rooms and hall. Two double beds and bathroom in each room in studio. Good property but not maintained very well. The interior design and restaurant is very different and good scenic on the inside. Very close to airport and fits well for the family. We stayed here for marriage.

I recently stayed at the rajhans balliza, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The location of the hotel was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The resort amenities were excellent, with a lovely pool area, fitness center, and a variety of dining options. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi signal, which was a bit weak in certain areas. It was a nice two bedroom and one living room apartment with an amazing view. Amenities included a swimming pool, a children's play area, restaurant, in room dining, game zone, spa and a wellness centre. It costs around 2600-3500 only

Rajhans belliza is best weekend home destination of Stay in surat. its owned by Desai- jain group .there is available swimming pool,enjoy restaurants,gym,game zone etc. They are provide hospitality and room service.

It's very good had very great experience and the staff also good I recommend if u want have luxurious night and food is aslo available its little bit expensive but great tast .

One of the best option for long accommodation requirements. Designed of the Building and Restaurant are fabulous.

Every unit is managed by flat owner, so the maintenance of the building and cleanliness should be improved by the management.
