HOTEL CASA RIVA

Superb hospitality. We were group size of around 50 members who went for our official meet. The support, care and love the staff have us was incredible. Location is very nice and rooms are also clean and neat. I would highly recommend to visit the property without any doubts if you have a big size of people they can handle it very well

It was a lovely 3 days stay at Casa Riva while we were a group pf 50 people. We had our conference there and Casa Riva indeed made it a very memorable one for us 😀. Clean premises, peaceful ambience, delicious food (taste and quality) with the owner cooking Gujarati delicacies and a very warm and loving staff. We couldn't have asked for more than this.

well maintained , fully ventilated rooms ,neat and clean rooms , cctv surveillances , parking inside the hotel , whether its 3 star but it provided the lawn area and fresh surroundings atmosphere , price according to rooms , affordable , while seeing all the safety and cleanliness

The rooms were clean, comfortable. The staff was approachable and genuine. Overall the staff and the hotel amenities have made the experience of stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Away from the hustle of the city, Casa Riva gives you an experience that would not be called, less than a royal luxury.
The place has well let, clean rooms and washrooms with morden amenities.
The food served in its restaurant is class apart, with full love and warmth. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and each day was a wonderful experience.
As it was an official meeting, the hotel staff and manager did all arrangements so well with utmost professionalism.
The true sense of Athtithi Devo Bhava was felt and lived by each one in the hotel.

Not a place you'd easily find on a map or driving around.

It's proximity to a GIDC hub for the Oil n Gas sector is it's main USP. The airport too isn't far from here.

Don't expect much to see nearby, like the typical Indian sights. (though there are 3 temples in a 100 feet distance) 😅

The skyline is good, interesting and mind numbingly industrial. If not for the dirty, but stylish French windows, you'd get great panoramic pictures of massive infrastructure in the 360 views from the 12th floor restaurant.

The access road tends to get flooded, but drains out in a few hours, so no getting stuck.

Food is great. Well priced, and sumptuous. Service too is agreeable.

Housekeeping is impeccable. Fresh clean towels and bed linen.

Will probably stay here again.

Nice location and experienced the nery good service interns of timely delivery of food. The taste of the food was awesome.

One of the best amenities located in Diamond city - Surat far away from crowd,very pleasant and luxurious with comfort. The room are spacious, neat and tidy as well as the staffs are so kind and generous. Food service is amazing and receptionist are available 24×7. It's the best place to plan for surprises where the gazebo are decorated extra ordinarily for a candlelight light dinner. Dinner is served with authentic taste and mocktails are perfectly prep.

One of the finest place for wedding, party or weekend gateway in Surat outskirts. Well maintained, cleaned, and neat property. The staff is so polite and cooperative. Food, 5 out of 5 if choosen surati cuisine. Simply best. Please consider if you're ever planning any wedding , gathering or functions in Surat. 🤘🤘

I usually do not write positive reviews coz I'm very fussy when it comes to hotel stay but this stay won my heart (genuinely).My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days over a weekend, when I went to write an exam at nearby Auro university.it is in the outskirts of the city.but everything else (food,room service,rooms and facilities,staff behaviour) was just excellent.they have an amazing restaurant just behind (Salt water) which has great ambience and food and generous and kind staffs.they have a garden and outdoor pool.we just loved our stay there.
