This stay is just magical you will feel all fresh and relaxed. It is located in buffer zone so its jungle around. Room, washroom everything is done just beautifully with complete privacy for each villa. They fulfils your every request promptly, very courteous staff! All facilities are given to enjoy the resort stay and the food is just so delicious.

We Stayed for 2 nights and overall experience was good. Prompt service, Good located in the middle of Bandhavgadh National park surrounded by lush green forest. Rooms were quite Big with nice views. Evenings were cold so also had bon fire with nominal charges. Food quality was good. You may also request food of your choice. It was 100% vegetarian which we really liked. Hot water facility is also available. Room service was quick. They also have nice indoor and outdoor game area and TV area for good time spending wherever you like. Swimming Pool was clean and maintained. You may also see and hear sound of wild monkeys and deers at night. Over all thrilling experience. ONE of finest experience with friend's group. Location ,service is very good staff is very polite , cottages are spacious ,food quality is also good. If you are nature LOVER good place for outing in budget.

Perfect getaway if you are into nature and enjoying quite time alone or with friends or family, exceptionally beautiful campus with amazing cottage.
A great deal for the price as three meals are also included and it was DELICIOUS!!! The staff are very courteous and took care of everything. Deserves another visit :)

Beautiful place! Very tranquil and rustic. Right in the middle of the jungle.
Fantastic and spacious rooms, great food - very home like and satisfying. The staff is very helpful and very simple people from the villages nearby. Don't have any expectations of a luxury hotel. If you love nature, you'll love 'The Roaring Salvan'. Would highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice, comfortable and interested in having a jungle experience!

Amazing experience.
It's far from the town so if u go without your vehicle it will be problematic for you.
It's in the buffer zone and u will feel close to nature.
Rooms don't have hot running water supply.
Other then thease issues u will enjoy your trip in this place.

We were a family of four. We had an excellent memorable stay. Enjoyed the hospitality. Price was all inclusive and reasonable. Food was good. Staff were very good.

This was my first trip to Bandhavgarh, and I am SO glad we stayed at this place. The property lies amidst a jungle filled with Salman trees, and hence the name. The Villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, cozy, and with simple but chic decor details like trunks at the foot of the bed, a large, vintage writing desk, and old style rack in the washroom. The Villa had a sit out area, and a large washroom, with an indoor and outdoor shower. The common areas have been so thoughtfully done too! Wooden longe chairs, antiques and really lovely, curated pieces of furniture, all add to a quaint and rustic vibe of the place.
The swimming pool is kept clean, and the staff always ensures that you have fresh towels available.
The resort staff needs a special mention here. This place is LITERALLY in the middle of a jungle. Despite that, they ensure that all your needs are taken care of. Polite, prompt and extremely helpful. No one lurks around for “tips”. They truly are in sync with the all too rare ethic of great service. The food is delicious. And room service is great.
I am definitely going back with my family. Thank you for making our stay with you a core memory.

A nice resort to stay with excellent staff behaviour and decent food.

I checked in here for a weekend getaway and the resort is remotely located away from the din bin of the city. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing gives you a rustic feel, it was equipped with all the amenities to beat the winters. The staff was extremely good and they were at our service on every call.

Fantastic customer service and very well trained staff.Each one of them right from the main gate to reception-room-food untill exit, all were making sure that we have a great stay at the resort.

What a great place to stay I'd say for this place.
To start with the resort location, unlike others like mpt white tiger and other Tala resorts where you feel you are just staying in a motel or a highway resort this one is right inside the jungle where you can constantly hear animals and the place gives you a perfect forest feel.
The staff and the manager Lakhan take care of you very well. They also help you in booking gypsy for safaris. Services were excellent and the staff was hard working.
The resort food was delicious, hygienic and fresh. Even kids and infants enjoy the meal as it was non oily and not very spicy.
Lastly I would thank Varun (owner of the resort) who being the resort owner really helped us out in all aspects of our trip like Safari bookings, Transportation, permit bookings and about Bandhavgarh reserve with his very helpful suggestions. He is really helpful and patient in listening to even the minutest detail a traveler would ask.
Thanks a lot again Varun and team for this amazing experience making it a perfect stay and we are looking forward to visit again soon.

One of the most quaint, rustic , spacious , beautiful properties in the heart of India . If you want to escape city life and experience a life in the jungle , then there’s no better place to be . The staff is extremely hospitable and efficient . Excellent food service and room service . Always smiling and happy to help . Couldn’t have had a better stay to experience nature at its best !

The staff was very cordial. The cottages was so aesthetic. Loved everything about this place. Its a must visit.

Coming from Delhi, this whole experience was such a refreshing change. The charm of The Roaring Salvan County added to the bliss ten folds. The resort is designed and placed in a way for us to experience living in the midst of the forest.

The view from the cottages is something which cannot by explained in words, it has to be experienced. The open air bath is so much fun! There are around 30 species of birds inside the resort itself!

Coming to the food, it's so good! The chef surprises you with each meal and is served with so much love. The desserts are to die for!!

It was the Raid the Wild event that we had attended, there were so many activities happening to keep you engrossed that you soon become very friendly with the entire environment. They have so many stories to tell about the forests and the neighborhood villages are fun too. The villagers are also quite interactive.

All in all, we didn't want this trip to come to an end. Absolutely in love with the county and the forest too. Looking forward to the next trip already!

We had a wonderful experience staying here with family. Varun - owns the property and is a fantastic host. He warmly welcomes and pays attention to each and every guest here. Right from breakfast till dinner, the food is very nicely cooked as home food. The best part is...there is no self service and each and every meal is served by the staff so one can simply enjoy the food. So for example - breakfast we had paranthas with zeera aaloo, eggs & toast..lunch we had fresh tawa rotis, rice with delicious yellow daal, paneer and sabzi followed by dessert. Chicken curry during dinner was quite nice and one doesn't feel heavy with the food.
Varun ensures each and every guest is well taken care of.
We enjoyed listening to Varun's experience of tigers and wild life during bon-fires.
One need not to stress about anything with him around...my son fell ill during our stay and Varun personally got him medicines and kept checking for his well being.
The property is very tastefully done and gives a feel of being in the jungle...right place to relax and spend quality time with family because of no mobile network other than the reception area.

The resort is just 20 min away from Tala gate. The hospitality is amazing and so is the food. The rooms are pretty and have an open shower option. If you wish to have a jungle experience at a budgeted price then this place is definitely for you.

Amidst the beautiful forest area of Bandhavgarh, the Roaring Salvan County is a place that enhances your experience of stay in the wilderness. The place is well maintained and the staff is courteous. The food is delicious. The owner gives personal attention to the needs of all guests. After sighting of 8 tigers in a day ......one cannot ask more from a trip. It is raw at it's best.....highly recommended 👍👍
