I visited with my family. Their staff behavior is very good and the food quality was great 👍 We saw Kanchenjunga from the hotel room,the view was awesome.Overall our experience was too good with them!!

We went in Sep 2015. During that time the hotel was newly leased to then owner. They offered great food and beautiful view rooms. You can see kanchendzonga from the bed. You can do birding all day long from the balcony too.

The restaurant is downstairs. The hotel will arrange car for local sight seeing.

Bengali tourists must be visit. Hotel is in a good place. Had a great view from the balcony. Food is quite homely and the service boy and their behavior is nice. All I have to say This Hotel is the best.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel is situated near the Kanchunjunga and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always eager to assist with any requests or needs. They made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant.

The Service, food and location are really very good. The service boys are so kind. Food is also really feels like home. Authentic Bengali cuisine are available there. Must stay in that hotel especially for Bengali tourists

We had booked a room for 4th and 5th of April'23. It has been a really great exp staying with them. Whatever they said and had displayed in their site, we found the accomodation and amenties exactly that way. Very very polite, courteous and helpful staff. Felt like staying at home. A huge thumbs up to the hotel and its facilities. Worth a stay in the hotel. I have enclosed the pic of Mr Ashok Mukherjee one of the major owner/caretaker of the hotel whose hospitality and personal care was worth the stay.

Location was okay but somehow at the end of upper pelling...
Overall, I enjoyed my stay over there...
Room heaters are extra chargeable apart from Room rates, so that needs to be calculated as well when fixing a budget...

Staying in this hotel was a great experience. View from our rooms were excellent. All the staffs are well behaved and very polite. And the food, it was just amazing.

Extremely good hotel in pelling, the behaviour of the manager and all the staffs are very nice, the food was amazing and overall outstanding service.

My experience was very amazing. I stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Rooms are spacious, balcony view is spectacular. Best part about the food is; it feels like home made, if you take regular thaali. The management of the hotel is very supportive & very welcoming. I had a long way to cover the day I checked out. On special request they made tea at 5 in the morning & packed breakfast for me. Thankyou so much for such warmest experience! 😊🙏

Returns from Pelling 5th April. Staying this Hotel with my family and also with this hotel family. Really all are like a family. Mr. Ashok Mukherjee, the boss. Salute to him, because he not only the boss of this family, his mind also very big. So, he created this atmosphere of this family. All family members behaviour, theirs cooking food and service are excellent. If any body planning to go Pelling, then must go to this family Hotel. Thanks to Mr. Mukherjee and his teams.

1st location is great just starting of upper pelling, 2nd view of Kanchanjangha from room, 3rd Excellent food quality, 4th Most important we like the behaviour of all the staffs, I suggest for this hotel at Pelling everyone.

Just amazing! The location and the view from the room (provided you get the right rooms). This is a heaven itself.. Yes the food is little over priced . But we need to understand that the supplies are done from far away places. The quality of food is amazing...! Try to get room 102! I am so flattered.

Best location in Pelling to see magical Kanchenjunga. Room service is also very good, all the staffs are polite and always happy to serve you the best. But they may charge you extra cost if any damage happens. But overall I will recommend this hotel.
