Hotel Golden Sunrise & Spa

Very good , clean and spacious room here. Food is also delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was just perfect. We got a very nice, clean and spacious room with a view. Absolutely comfortable. They have a pure veg restaurant. The food was absolutely too good. Most importantly, the service is really appreciated-willing to make sure all is well for the customers.

We put up at Golden Sunrise, Pelling in the second half of December 2021.

The hotel is situated in lower Pelling, just 100 meters away from a fantastic view point of Mt Kanchenjunga. If weather is clear, you can just get up in the morning and walk to this view point to get a majestic sunrise view of the Himalayas.

The hotel has 02 sections, and we were put up in the new building. The view from our hotel windows was magnificent! Full Kanchenjunga range was visible as we opened our windows.

The rooms were very clean and big and washrooms were also super clean, with continuous hot water. The hotel staff were courteous and the buffet food was super tasty. WiFi was also good and the hotel staff provided us with room heaters.

The USP of this hotel is the view from its rooms, don't miss the chance!

It's a ⭐⭐⭐ hotel in Lower Pelling. Hotel rooms are good enough. Though the rooms don't have attached Balcony but from the big glass window, you'll get an awesome mountain view. They also provide Restaurant service. But only Veg options. Food quality is also good. So, overall, it's a cost-effective hotel.

It was wonderful stay here. We were on Sikkim bike trip and spend three nights here. Best part of this hotel is, here staff are very courteous and supportive. They not only guide us about local sightseeing but also serve very good food. Although food was bit expensive but quality of food was good. The view from window was awesome... And best part room was bigger than expected....

Excellent stay had an good food nad hospitality by complete staff of the hotel. Subashna rai the manager support us during the minor unwelness to arrange medicine and alternate remides in few minutes evevn in small town. Thank you the team.

One of the third class hotels I ever seen in my life. They gave food in disposal plates. Do not send ever anyone in the Golden Group of Hotels.

The Mountain View rooms gives a beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga range. Housekeeping is done regularly. Considering this type of remote-offbeat location at Pelling, West Sikkim, this hotel is good enough in terms of staff's helpfulness and availability of good food....specially thanks to MR. Manager (Probably Gagan babu),he is very helpful and a decent person.

This is a vegetarian hotel in pelling. They serve very good and authentic food. We had requested for jain food and they prepared very delicious jain food including different food items. The staff members are very helpful. This is the best place in Pelling if you are a vegetarian.

Very nice and pleasant stay with beautiful view across window. Also had tasty dinner n breakfast. Staff is very smiling n cooperative. SPA facility is another feather.

Good location. Rooms are decent. Staff is very good. Food preparation is nice although options are limited. The hotel is veg... But for non veg lovers, there is a nice restaurant right next door.

Located in Lower Pelling, but has has great view of the mountains, including Kanchanjanga. Basement + 4 floors with choices of Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Family Suites. First, the pros :
1. New property, well maintained. 2. Excellent pure vegetarian food, with multiple cuisines (south indian, north indian, chinese etc) 3. Courteous hotel staff and restaurant staff 4. Beautiful view of the mountain range from the restaurant. 5. Free and strong wi-fi signal 6. 24 hour power supply as they have generator 7. 24 hour water supply 8. Splendid interior decoration of all rooms 9. Well maintained wash rooms 10. Clean lobby 11. Terrace with excellent view of the mountains 12. Adequate phone charging points 13. Adequate wardrobe and storage space

Now the cons : Nothing specific, but the rooms get a little crowded after third bed / mattress is included.

Overall, a good choice suiting the budget.

Beautiful scenic beauty from the hotel, breakfast, dinner is just awesome with outstanding room service and obviously Manager sir is very much down to earth and his behaviour is very charming...

It is really good place to stay,little pricy but worth the money and Good breakfast too.try to take the high rise room facing moutains and not the rooms facing the road.very important point to note is in pelling normally there is power cut in the morning around 6:00 to 9:00, which is the peak time to get ready and get out of the hotel to start your day. This hotel has generator which they start around 6:30 am ,which is pretty neat and handy for having nice hot shower.

We were three females and had a one day stay in this hotel of Pelling. Location is perfect since we do not face any issue in finding the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Worth staying.

Food is awesome! Staff is very friendly specially the waiters who actually love serving their guests. Rooms are actually big, also the view from the rooms is awesome
