I recently stayed at Roy's Rabdentse Residence in Pelling, and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were not only well-appointed but also provided a level of comfort that made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location added an extra layer of convenience, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. What stood out the most, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We had the pleasure of staying in two Mountain View Suite rooms at your hotel in the last week of May 2023, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The breathtaking view of the Kanchenjungha from our rooms left us speechless and totally mesmerized by the wonderful atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect( with a little disadvantage of walking downhill from the Main Road gate to the hotel entrance for roughly 100 metres ), and the hospitality provided by your staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm reception and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We also had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed by the delicious cuisine and the friendly staff. In particular, we would like to commend Mr. Anirban Chakraborty, who seemed to be an all-in-one kind of trouble-shooter and a true gentleman. His coordination and management skills truly added to our overall experience.

The excellent service, great location, amazing view, and delectable cuisine all contributed to making our stay at Roy’s Rabdentse Residency truly memorable. We cannot thank you enough for providing us with such a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed at this property and it was an awsome stay. Our occupency was the Suite Room which has a magnificient view of The Kanchenjungha. We have experienced the view right from our bed.
The room was very well maintained.
The food was also up to the mark.
It is a very much recommended stay at Pelling....

I visited Pelling on 29th Dec with my family and stayed in Roy Rabdentse Residence. The rooms were well maintained, spacious and the morning view of mighty Kanchenjunga from the balcony was mesmerising. Mr. Anirban the gentleman who runs the property was very cooperative and helpful. Will surely visit the property next time 🙏

I stayed here for 2 days, the experience was super. The hotel has a good view with a deck, the staff is friendly and cooperative. The food quality and taste was one of the best I had in my 6 days trip. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pelling.

Me & my wife checked in here for 3 nights. We came all the way from Bangalore to Sikkim with my motorcycle. The google map location is not right, so we called the hotel manager to get the exact location. He is very humble, polite & very helpful. He helped to find the exact location, in lower Pelling. He also helped to guide us where we should go on which day etc etc.
Parking is good for 1 or 2 two wheelers, for car parking you need to call in advance.
You need to come down little with the stairs to the hotel premises.
Room was clean (9.5/10). Bathroom was clean (9.5/10).
We got balcony room with kanchenjunga view at the morning when the sky is clear.
The restaurant is in -2nd floor. The cook is Bengali & friendly , the hotel staff is cool, very friendly, helpful (10/10). The food is good (9/10).
Overall a very good stay.

Service and food are excellent here. Room and bathrooms are good, neat and clean. View from the rooms are amazing. If you travel to Pelling with your family make sure to opt the family room of this hotel. Staffs are always at your service and they are very cordial. Highly recommendable hotel. Superb service !! Loved the stay here.

I stayed here with wife on 26th and 27th May, 2023. Service is excellent, manager Anirban Chakraborty was a treat to have with all his prompt help. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also very tasty. I would love to visit here again.

Stayed here For 3 awesome days We saw full view of Kanchenjunga from our bed. Food homely and delicious Anirban babu takes care of all the facilities and amenities to the greatest extent possible. His hospitality is not possible to describe in words . Wish prosperity of him and his hotel grows day by day

The hotel is a bit on the lower side of Pelling and a lot staircases to climb but it worth to sweat at chilly winter with warm reception and hospitality by the efficient hotel stuffs and friendly but yet a professional with a great charming personality of the hotel manger Mr. Anirban Chakraborty. Great stay with clear view of Mt. Kanchenjunga from the room and lovely mouthwatering taste of the food.
Definitely we will be looking forward to Mr. Anirban Chakraborty’s advise and plan for our upcoming tours at hills.

I explore india and it's hidden places, hotels, people, food. I must say this is a Gem of a property. Great view of Kanchenjunga, nice food, nice people. Anirban da, the manager rocks. Highly recommended. If you love exotic bengali food. This is your hotel. If you like friendly yet helpful staffs. This is your hotel. Will go again to enjoy the exotic view of Kanchenjunga. Family, budget everything is perfect.

"Warmth and care". These two words defined our stay. We travelled in a group of 15. Family stay
Starting from navigation to the property to food in evening, Mr Anirban was always caring like a father figure. Even smallest concerns were listened to with patience and addressed in appropriate way. Staffs were joyous and helpful
. Food was good. Bath heaters were working. Easily recommended as a basic cozy stay.
