Little cute bakery. Nice, fresh pastry. We especially liked coconut cookies and chocolate croissant. Very nice tea with a pinch of cardamom flavor.

A small cute hut shaped bakery near Pemayangtse monestry. We reached around the closing time and most of their stuff was over. We bought cinnamon roll, doughnut and cream bun each in a parcel and loved all the items- buttery and delicious.
Best bakery in entire Sikkim (tried a few in other towns too), pocket friendly as well.

What an unexpected discovery! Wonderful food in a great location. Pizza, croissants, donuts, coffee, tea, cakes and more. Money raised goes to the school opposite. Tranquil surroundings with school children and travellers mixing. The incredible Pemayangtse Monastery is just up the road - pop in on the way up or back.

if you are expecting a quality like "Dunkin' Donuts" or "mad over donuts" don't go there. but what they serve is very awesome at a very cheap price.
All money raised goes to the nearby Denjog Pema Choling Academy, which works with underprivileged children. I respect them.

far better than I had any right to expect in pelling! the baked goods (apple rolls, pizza, donuts, eg). didn't try the bread) were nice--not great by international standards, but way way above average for India, and way better than you will get within 50km of it. (I dunno about Gangtok.) get whatever's fresh. officially open 7a-5p, but was open when we dropped in at 5:35. and according to the signage there, the profits support the adivasi school across the road.
