Great hospitality , delicious food and amazing staff . They prepare fresh food in front of you , have small nice sitting arrangements. If you are visiting there can call them in advance to prepare something for you ( to save your time ) . MOMOS and pizza are must try ,

I came here for a goechala Trek and did not want to leave yuksom stayed at Mama's kitchen for around 15days after the trek . THIS PLACE IS THE BEST 👌. The food and the family are the best . The mom and the kids are very caring and the forest trails and view from the back room on top of the restaurant was amazing . I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK .MICHAEL.

Recently stayed at Mama's Kitchen and Homestay and I cannot recommend it enough! The hospitality and warmth of the hosts were exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The food served here was delicious and authentic, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. The location of the homestay was perfect, with easy access to the town. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

If you are in Sikkim you must go to this place. The couple who owns the place are very welcoming and make u feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious and homemade. They make the food right infront of you. If you are looking for authentic sikkimeese food this is the place. You will love the place. It is absolutely worth it.

We said that we eat only Halal chicken and she arranged it for us.
We asked for veg momos at odd time and she prepared it for us.
We asked for fish and she cooked it for us.
We asked for Tibetan Bread after breakfast and she baked for us.
We wanted to visit Hongry Monastery and she packed lunch for the trip.
We wanted to start travel by 7:00 AM, and she prepared breakfast by 6:30 AM.

Incredible hospitality and best cosy stay in Yuksom …and that is Mama’s Kitchen !!!

We had a lovely stay at Mama's Kitchen thanks to the hospitality and kindness of all the staff. The rooms are quite simple but comfortable, but the cuisine is simply amazing. Plus, the staff will happily help you in arranging any trip or giving advice over the activity to do.

This place serves amazing food. Very homely and the kitchen is too nice. Cafe and the kitchen are places together, you can watch them cook. Food is some of the best I have tried in the whole country, not just Sikkim. It's a must try. The bakery products are a must try.

Chaang or Thongba is a local drink which is a must try at this place. It is made out of fermenting millet in a wooden barrel served with hot water. You can keep adding hot water to refill it.
Momo's at this place are out of the world. Extremely juicy and tender. Chicken and Pork momo's are worth it.

The hosts were amazing, helpful and incredibly sweet. The food in the kitchen was the best food we had in Yuksom. Whatever we needed, the hosts made sure we got it. We had a really good experience there. My only problem was the host made this amazing out of this world nutrela chakna with chilli and sesame seeds but she refused to tell me the recipe which means I will never be able to have it again unless I go to Yuksom.

We stayed at Yuksom for five days. We almost had every meals at Mama’s Kitchen. Their dishes are delicious with large portion of fresh vegetables. Highly recommend.

Amazing food! The onion pakora and chow mein are highly recommended. The atmosphere is great; you actually sit in a large kitchen and dining area so you get to see your food being freshly prepared.

Amazing place! Homely and Cozy homestay, with a lovely family who made me fill like home. They have most amazing homemade and freshly food, and fantastic pretty and clean rooms. Made my visit I'm yuksum the best.

Host Pema is an amazing cook and very compassionate. They make the best food in Yuksom! Hope to spend more time with them on my next visit

Lovely place, good fast food options, i find it best place in Yuksum very very affordable,. Bakery items are also available, they also made cake on orders.

The first place I tried a really good vegetarian meal. Simply great, not hot/spicy, thali.
Everything fresh and made from scratch.

Amazing food and great hospitality. Rooms are simple and cozy. They help in arranging transport as well.

Food was awesome and the lovely hosts with their warm smiles just made it way better. Must visit!
