I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and a nice view of the city. The bathroom was a bit small but still functional with good water pressure in the shower.

One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from the hotel staff. They were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff were particularly helpful with providing recommendations for local attractions and arranging transportation.

The hotel also had a few nice amenities such as a fitness center and a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. However, the rooftop bar was a bit pricey and seemed more geared towards tourists than locals.

One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast service. While the food was decent, the breakfast area was quite crowded and it was difficult to find a seat. The hotel could consider expanding the breakfast area or providing more options for guests who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location with excellent customer service. While there were a few minor issues, they did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Awesome resort with mouth watering & delicious food, outstanding room service. ONE of the best resorts in Puri. The staff is always on their toes to help you out in any situation. The pool, lawn, etc is well maintained. EVEN the standard rooms are equipped with all amenities. They have a lovely bakery. They bake delicious cake. You would get all variety of foods in their restaurant like south Indian, Chinese, Indian etc. Over all very good experience staying in this reosrt. Would definitely recommend all.

Very good we lived in room 001 the view from there was amazing the washroom is amazing with bathtub and other essential commodities they also give free cookies and coffee and tea packets there were also few snack items which they gave the behaviour of the staff is amazing the food is little blant but otherwise everything in the hotel is amazing and the view is the best of all and they also provide free wifi service

Overall good. But the swimming pool has to be maintained more, very stinky, dirty... The pool is a very important part of any star hotel.... So lookafter this matter,,,,

Was a guest at rooms 512-514 between Mar31-2Apr. The resort is in high demand; however service levels of all staff remain impeccable right from front office to room service/housekeeping. Never did we get a chance to complain on service levels. Rooms are good specially on view; but maintenance could be better around door locks, plug points and in room Wi-Fi. Restaurant food is to die for. The resort has everything inside; including an efficient travel desk. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in this property so many times that I have lost my count. It is that good.
The rooms are excellent. All the rooms are sea facing.
The people are so helpful and warm.
Both the restaurants have great food to offer with wonderful ambiance.
They provide private beach facility.
The pool is nice as well.
The property have luscious green lawns.

I stayed there for 2 days along with 16 other people. The resort is well spread along with all amenities one would need. They have decent rooms along with a swimming pool, gym spa, a silver jewellery shop and also a pool shop from where you can get a swimming suite on rent basis or buy if you want. The food quality was very nice. The entire program was well coordinated by Mr. Yasin and Mr. Satpathi. Overall a nice place to spend time with family. Highly recommended.

Location: Perfect. 50 metres walk to beach. Clean and calm beach. Perfect for family.
Restaurant food is good. Room service was equally good. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
Rooms/WashBasin can be better. Toilets are spotless.
View from sea-facing rooms is beautiful.

One of my favorite resorts in Puri! Lovely cottage to stay at, decent service, great access to the beach and affordable food. Only thing lacking is they need to be pet friendly. Would love to bring pets with us here on vacation.

Had the opportunity to spend vacation three times here in last 4-5 years. Experience is always awesome, Service is usually prompt, satisfactory, ambience and level of comfort is outstanding. One possible improvement- They can bring more variation in food items. Absolutely liked the dessert Coconut Delight but other non veg food items are usually a bit expensive. Overall experience is extremely good..

Had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel for a day. It's a bit tricky to locate the exact parking space from the CT road, but once figured out, won't be an issue.

The rooms are quite clean, spacious and comfortable , the views are good too.

But the food is absolutely spot on. They do take some time to prepare , but definately worth the time. The fish tandoor, naan and chilly chicken was really good.

5/5 Must Stay. A bit on the pricier side, but worth the money.

ME WITH MY MY FAMILY VISITED TO PURI AND I WAS SURPRISED AFTER CHECK IN TO THE RESORT.. THE FACILITIES THEY PROVIDE IS REALLY REMARKABLE. THE RECEPTION STAFFS ARE REALLY HELPFULL. JUST BECAUSE I CAME FROM DELHI IT GAVE ME A WOW FEELINGS. SASMITA AND JOGENDRA AT RECEPTION ARE REALLY EXCELLENT IN HOSPITALITY
