I came with my family on March and weather was favourable too.
Everything was within comfort zone, beside it we were served with best Hospitality.
Service was quick and healthier provided by steward Kajal.
Lastly, F&B Captain we just gonna tell thank for giving us well service and warm welcome.
We like to visit you all by you guys.

Excellent location for folks in Whitefield. Good premises, well maintained. Most of all, staff is really good. Especially, Vedant was really helpful.

The hotel was very good property Around 47 Room and much more facilities like banquet hall, Swimming pool, Free AC, Free Wifi, Free Parking, etc. location was perfect close to the MG Mark Market and attractions. The hotel had great Hospitality and Laundry facilities was very convenient.”

This review is being posted right now from the hotel. I here with my husband and my daughter's family, On a tour to gangtok. I am extremely happy with the hotels reception and hospitality. The dishes in the restaurant are quite delicious and tasty.

Very good cooperative staff, hygienic Environment, big rooms, rooms site view is very beautiful 😍 great experiance. I am eager to visit again. 💕💕💕

Firstly I visited Solo in this Hotel industry..
I came to know that life would be so beautiful to spend a time together in different Places & that Z Family teach me here...Fate gonna change when we try to do new things today.. Its a fun moment to be the part but few moments killing me physically and mentally to be a guest in this industry slowly day by day..Z Retreat has a own global or world ...... Has a Different weather,
Front office,Kid play zone ,Food beverage park swimming pool gym & more..Every staff Every Stay goona be keep a face value the way u deserve to be..
I found a helpful staff also in this industry again.

I guess in this 40 to 45 rooms has a different facilities n more... I find a green environment+

Take my word if u want to relax this is ur place. The staff and people are amazing.

Weird is that we had our ticket booked so we went anyway, unfortunately this is the time when the Sikking disaster took place.

We were the like the only few people there but still the management and staff treated us with the best possible behaviour.

I am greatful and so happy with their service.

One downside for people who wants to stay near happening place, it's bit far from MG Road, so u want a calm cool place this is where u go.

Beautiful property excellent service

The rooms are spacious and nicely organised. The staff is very courteous friendly and polite. Food is delicious. The only thing is the hotel is located around 7 KM from M G Road but it was a great experience to stay close to nature and the peaceful environment.

Overall the stay was very pleasant.
