Tenneti Park

The park is just located on the main road, so is conveniently accessible. Entry is free. The ambience is very serene and peaceful with well maintained gardens and seats. The view of the sea is also spectacular. The place also has a few shops for snacks and refreshments. At the time of visiting, some construction work was underway. A stairway of moderate length leads to a beautiful beach with a mix of rocky and sandy coast. It is a great place to enjoy a quiet, peaceful and scenic day outdoors. Lacked a restroom at the time of visit, but with the construction work underway it will become functional soon enough.

From all the parks in vizag , I found this seaside park the best . It has a great view of rushikonda beach as well as tennati view . On a full moon day from here the beach looks so calm and beautiful . This beach has a broken ship on its shore.

soon there are rumors that this ship is going to be ship restaurant. Ap governmnet handed and sold this ship to Gill marines. Great for Photoshoots, simply superb. peacefull location. People who love less crowded areas, this is the place for u. Dog-freindly.

Tenneti park is one of the best view point in vizag to see Bay of Bengal's bird's eye view. It's a very beautiful park with lash greenery and best place to take some rest and spend some time after the long sightseeing. The best time to visit here is afternoon. You can also use the stairs and visit the ship, one of the most preferred place of sightseeing. But the stairs are very narrow and stip, not recommended for the old persons. Overall it is one of the best place and viewpoint in vizag near Kailash giri.

Nice one. This park is situated near Kailashgiri hill. Park is clean and the beach view from the park is outstanding. Visit here in evening time to enjoy the beach view. There is always a ship near the beach , good for photography. Some pre-wedding photoshoot were clicked here when I was present there.
