I'm a doctor living in vizag ... I am here to share a situation.... I had called for a pickup for laundry by seeing the way the clothes are washed, ironed and packed like brand new items that we purchase from showroom...But besides this I am here to share something more they promised me to deliver it by 20/6/19 at the time of pickup and pickup done on 17/6/19. I had a plan of travel the next day early morning...I was waiting to receive my clothes and it was 8 pm and when I called the delivery boy, he said he was in leave....In that situation I called the no. Present on the invoice sheet and some one lifted the call at around 9pm and when I asked about the delivery he promised to deliver it on the same day...At around 10.30pm after heavy rain, the owner himself accompanied by a worker came to deliver my clothes at that late night and he is Mr.Piyush Tiwari, the owner of the firm who had fulfilled the word.. I was pleased by the great responsibility of the owner to fulfill the thing that Customer is superior of all .... Great work and service at a very low price.... I sincerely recommend it to all the vizagites...kudos👏👏👏

Great service. I've been giving clothes here frequently. First 2 times were like okayy.. but third time it was upto the mark. Rates are fine too. Clothes are washed well.

Washon went above and beyond to provide same day service in a pinch! My whites came out sparkling white, my colors were clean and fresh and the ironing was truly superlative. They even pressed my satin jammies.
