One of the finest gym and trainer u will ever met.......trainer will support u from day one and guide u from step by step process either its for a weight loss or weight gain..... He will provide u with a mix of both cardio and weights exercises which is essentially the best form of workout......plus the ambience of the gym is nice and energetic and the best part is he speaks both hindi and telegu which was very helpful to me
