Club Mahindra Resort - Royal Demazong, Gangtok, Sikkim

I stayed at this resort during beginning of May 2024 through Club Mahindra with Family. Rooms are good, well maintained and the view from the room was really excellent, we enjoyed our stay at this resort. Yes, this resort is little away from City and for us, we liked the idea of being little away and being in small town (Chongay) of Sikkim.

Over all staff is less in this resort compared to other Club Mahindra facilities, restaurant takes long time to serve.
Staff is polite and very nice, they can go extra mile to keep you happy.

It's a vintage property. Well maintained and the location is awesome. You can spend your whole day looking at the view from your balcony. Beautiful surrounding. The only problem is food. The food taste is not even close to what they serve at their other properties.( For the price they are charging).

A bit outskirts of Gangtok but would still rate it 5* on location because of the spectacular views from the rooms.
The resort is worth every bit of it. Great staff and rooms are cozy with great views.

Club Mahindra Gangtok, while a decent hotel, fell short of the usual Club Mahindra standards I've come to expect. It lacked the usual array of activities and amenities that define a Club Mahindra resort. It felt more like a comfortable hotel rather than a luxurious resort.

The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable, but the overall resort experience was somewhat lacking. The absence of the signature Club Mahindra activities and facilities was noticeable, leaving me wanting more in terms of a complete holiday experience. While it served its purpose as a place to rest, it didn't quite live up to the usual luxury and excitement I associate with Club Mahindra resorts.

Dreamy gorgeous location overlooking snow capped and conifer covered mountain peaks.

The rooms are clean and rustic cottage type with all modern amenities.

Service is really considerate and with a personal touch. Just make sure you communicate all your needs and requirements clearly before checking in.

Everything will be served with a smile and grace and you can avoid disappointments this way.

It is a beautiful property old world charm .Old but well maintained . As there is no lift it may pose a problem but stairs are comfortable to climb . Luggage is taken up to the rooms by the staff . Rooms are nice . Good heating in the cold weather . Food is good . Mountain trout was excellent . Staff was very cordial helpful ever-smiling . Travel desk very helpful . Overall pleasant stay

It's a old property compared to the other club property in Gangtok. But the location is too good with a great view of misty mountains from your Balcony. Rooms are neatly maintained and furnished with all the necessities. Facilities Manager took time and explained us the facilities in the property and also other camping activities as well. Overall stay was comfortable and food was bit spicy to me.

Club Mahindra Sikkim offers a unique experience with its high-altitude location providing stunning sunrise views. The property is well-maintained. The availability of room warmers and heaters adds to the comfort, enhancing the overall stay.

One of Club Mahindra’s oldest properties located 20 minutes north of Gangtok city. The property is old but the rooms are huge and the hospitality of the staff is impeccable. Be it housekeeping, front desk or the restaurant staff- every employee is devoted to making the stay pleasant. The restaurant was extremely accommodating to our food preferences, Jain food. Each and every staff at the property puts together an entertaining show in the evening for the guests. Mr. Tshering from the travel desk is very patient and made sure all the arrangements were made in time. In all, they made our travel to Sikkim very pleasant and relaxing!

Beautiful and well maintained property. Great option for a comfortable leisurely stay.
Balconies offer a breathtaking view.
The rooms are cosy, have wooden interior and the mattresses have heating system.
Hot water is available throughout the day.
The room service and restaurant is good too.. The staff is very polite.
It is a little far from the main city and marketplace.
However, the property doesn't have an elevator.

The resort is beautiful and the staffs are very helpful and supportive. The travel desk was very helpful he guided us throughout our stay. The rooms are very spacious clean and the view from balcony was great. Staffs namely sidharth umang bhem srijhana rajaani prariwes was very helpful and the service was great.

I was on the 6th Floor.....Cottage room which can accommodate 3 adult was very spacious. Master Chef Mr. Prabeer gave a tour about the resort, whihc was nice. I was getting a direct sunlight whihc was tremendous and giving a cinematic feels. Nice view with a cup of coffee take you to the next level of calmness, which will be my lifetime memory.

Place of different moods.. (: If anyone wants to be at peace than its the place. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony is breath-taking. The service is very good and the food is great. They have outdoor activities like river trekking, forest trekking, night camps with bonfire cum live music and many more. The place is suitable for family as well where kids can enjoy inside the resort with some indoor activities like paintings, xbox and others.

This property is located at a hill top and near to city centre. Nice staff and hospitality.

Only problem is because of its design lot of noise comes inside room from staircase and looby

We had a time in this place with our colleagues. It was a great day, we had a good lunch and play Snooker the whole day. The place is located at the outskirt of Gangtok town. It is cool and silent. Far away from all noise, full of natures beauty.

It was one of our best stay in Club Mahindra Gangtok for 2nights.The location is perfect and the staffs are very co-operative and friendly especially front office staffs and happy hub maam. The food was delicious and the valley view was great. . Staffs namely Sidhant, and Umang from front Office and Shrijana Madam were very friendly and jelpgul throighout our stay there.

Excellent in every way. Great location with awesome view from every room. Amazing Mahindra team taking care of front office, restaurant, house-keeping and activity. Special shout out for Ms. Deepa (activity team) who goes to great lengths to make sure everyone is involved and enjoying. This location can become one of your favorite club mahindra location easily.
