Nice hotel all staff are polite . little bit maintenance problem overall good view they are trying their best . Receptionist girl she is very responsible but she needs help . Thankyou all team for our stay make best.

Nice hotel, all staff are friendly and polite,Service boys name nobodip, she's too professional and polite, Also receptionist girl menuka, she is polite also and so responsible alover we stay here for 3nights and had best ever experience

Hospitality is great. Specially team helped a lot. Food was great. Special mention to friendly staff Chirag, Basant, Manoj, Sherina, Srijana, Menuka.

Rooms are spacious and very good.front desk menuka roy very helpful and quick response.the breakfast is very good.the girls working in the restaurant are very good.service excellent.we stayed for two days.overall nice experience.

One of the best experience of life. Hotel is full of all kind of facilities. The view from window is wonderful and i experienced best sunset through my window. Everything is so aesthetic and planned. Food is so delicious and i am surprised it's too affordable. The staffs are well trained skilled and very friendly. Waang de serve us in a very good manner. Richard, menuka and specially waang de all are very professional and impressive personalities.
I love this place and this hotel made my trip to gangtok memoriable
