This hospital provides excellent care in several surgical specialties and world class medical services. The surgeon, anaesthetists, OT staff and nurses are very competent. Located in a peaceful environment, the infrastructure is good, and the private rooms are spacious and well appointed. Cleanliness and housekeeping are good. You can be sure you are in safe and caring hands. Mr. Dinesh Tikekar (Administrator), Mr. Nikhil Damakale (Care manager) and Mr. Mithilesh Kulkarni (Insurance, Billing) are very courteous and helpful people to make patients’ non-medical experience good. They are eager and efficient in implementing feedback you give. Overall, it’s a very good hospital.

Suggetion.

1. This for Apollo Manegement- check the possibility to reduce the documentation filled by doctor and nursing staff. ( You can use mobile tablet for thae same). Definitely it will help them to reduce their work load.

2.Need to revisit all documentation system requirement is really required or not.

3.Very Important- Kindly focus on food service for patient and their relatives.
This time for food 5 out of 3.

4. 3rd floor relative waiting area all sofas need to replace not at all comfortable.

5. Very small point but important door room Hinges are making irritating noise And that noise disturb to newborn babies.
