Hop-in, The Neighborhood Bar

My friend suggested we grab some beers and chill here. It was totally empty besides a few tables... He said it's usually crowded early in the evening being a weekday. But I loved the ambiance, it's very chill with dim lighting and sets the mood. The music is good and never too loud so having a conversation is easy. Staff is friendly and the service was quick. We had a few rounds of beers... Both from the tap and pints. It was chilled perfectly. Ordered some chicken kebab which was tasty and succulent. Tandoori potatoes were delicious too. Definitely recommend everyone to hop-in sometime!

Good Place!! Food is amazing and they give chilled beer to go well with the lip smacking food!!

Ambience is quirky and music is not bad either. They have a 'safeseat' enabled toilet, which is a plus. Overall a good place to spend quality time.

True to it's description, it really is just like a neighborhood bar, small cozy place full of eclectic designs, and recycled art pieces, beautiful lights and soft music in the background.

The host is a young man with great passion to satisfy his customers.

FOOD menu is made up of bar snacks and some creative mains as well, i had the Cheese Chili grilled sandwich here, it was full of capsicum and oozing cheese, if you're craving something cheesy then this is your answer. My friend had the Chicken Tikka Grilled Sandwich which she thought was delectable.

SERVICE is good as well, the host has trained his staff well, they are a cheerful and ever smiling bunch with good suggestions and prompt service.

AMBIENCE is something unique, beautiful and apt use of recycled tires and other junk you would usually not even bother looking at, is transformed into chairs and plant pots, the inside has this beautiful piece resembling a chandelier, but made up of cycle tires.

All in all, this is the spot if you just want to catch up with friends or listen to some live music with some chilled beer, and it's easy on your pockets as well :D

"Hop-in - The Neighborhood Bar" as name says lets you hop-in the delicious food and drinks. I had visited this place on a lovely Sunday afternoon. This place had chilling vibes, lovely ambience and decent music.
They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The lightings were perfect. They have board games like jenga, uno, scrabbles n many more. This will make your day for sure. They serve variety of cocktails and drinks. As I don't drink, food was the only option which would please my taste bud.

Chana Aloo Chakna
This was mix of chana, peppers, grated onions, fried potato cubes, raw mango (kairi) and spices. This tangy, spicy mix was so good that we ordered it twice. #recommended

Bombil Thecha Roll
A unique combination of bombil fish with thecha(a spicy condiment prepared in maharashtra). Bombil is stuffed with thecha and deep fried. The soft, fresh bombil with spicy touch made it tempting.

Dhokla Pakoda
One of the best pakoda I would say, dhokla stuffed with green chutney and slice of cheese and then deep fried.... A unique dish which will make you crave for more.... #recommended

Kheema Khari
Khari(puff pastry biscuit) tastes good with tea. But have you ever imagined of such hatke combination??? Khari topped with spicy kheema... Its a must try dish as you won't find any other places in pune serving such unique combination. #recommended

Sukkha Chicken
One of the spicy chicken delicacy where chicken pieces were coated with thick gravy made using grated coconut and spices. This is one of the common dishes prepared in Maharashtrian homes.

Paprika Grilled Chicken
Grilled Chicken steak in paprika sauce served with fried veggies and mashed potatoes. The chicken breast was perfectly cooked with paprika sauce and it tasted good with creamy mash.

Hop-In Prawns Meal
As being a prawns lover, this was a treat for me. This meal includes prawns masala, prawns kebab, salads, jeera rice, naan. Prawns masala is a thick gravy which tasted medium spicy with flavor of coastal spices. Prawns kebab were nicely cooked and would make you crave for more and more. A limited meal yet a perfect meal for one.

Hop-In Chicken Meal
Chicken meal consist of Chicken pulimunchi gravy, 2 chicken kebabs, jeera rice, salads and nan. Chicken pulimunchi is a manglorean chicken gravy which is made tamarind(puli), chillies(munchi) and grated coconut. A perfect coastal flavored gravy served with nan. Chicken kebabs are crispy spiced kebabs. This meal is perfect for one.

Note: Meals are available everyday between 12-4 pm.

Dark Chocolate Whiskey Mousse
This was bliss. Rich and creamy chocolate mousse with added whisky, one of the best mousse i have tried so far. The end was more addictive. #recommended

Had a lovely afternoon with some delicious food and board games... A perfect place to hangout with friends. Do visit this place and i am pretty sure, this place will be your regular adda.

The concept is to visit a cafe for hangout, or doing some work, use the broadband Wi-Fi there, play board games with ur pals and grab a drink or even dine in in the evening hours. So now they have expanded the profile and bringing good breakfast options at less expensive commercial for you.

Bringing the breakfast scenes for their patrons, Hop In offers an amazing varieties of Omelettes (French Omelette, Sunny side up, Scrambled eggs, Spanish spinach, Greek, Spinach mushroom and Omelette pav), idli, wada and poha for your morning hunger pangs.
For a healthier side, they do have Fresh Fruit salad with enough chunks of Mango (seasonal), Watermelon, Guava and pomogrenate seeds too. They have got Poha too on the menu.

All of these with brilliant sides of two toasts and fresh fruits. Salted biscuits with masala chai or be it chutney with idly or wada, they totally make their plating look awesome. 💯

This place used to be in Viman Nagar earlier, near Phoenix Marketcity, and almost an year back started the operations in Kalyani Nagar, opposite and a little ahead of people's favourite #MineoritybySaby.

It was a cozy, fun place. The food is really nice with good portion size. Especially loved the "Pouvva" cocktails. They have really nice offers for everyday of the week.

Hello. I visited this place on a Friday night. Just a girl's night out. And the experience being totally worth it.
Recently opened and situated in the middle of a residential area, this place has effortlessly managed to maintain the atmosphere of a pub. Not the one which will fill your ears with loud music, but the one which would definitely make you feel relaxed, comfortable with the most delicious food you would have ever had.

Ambience :
An old car box with beautiful lightings beaming out of the glass walls, welcomes you warmly.
Delicately decorated, keeping in mind about every detail especially things related to your childhood days. The walls are covered with cycle wheels, marbles, thread nets, glass bottles, wooden huts and it never fails to give you beautiful vibes.
It has both indoor and outdoor sittings. We preferred the indoors cause of the ambience. Has wooden tables with couches and chairs to sit, gives a rustic look.
A flight of stairs, a bit uncomfortable, leads to the upper platform, where you can enjoy the view of the entire place.
The good choice of music played in the background completes it all.

Food :
Extremely mind blown by the taste of their food. The spices? Perfect. Presentation? Perfect. Taste? PERFECT.
We ordered,
1) Coastal Fry Chicken, and my taste buds will never forget how it tasted. Crunchy, juicy, marinated with right spices. Served in a small tin bucket along with small bowl of mayo mixed with other spices, the quantity being perfect for two.
2) Corn Cheese Potato Dumplings, looked like small veg sausages filled with melted cheese, mashed potatoes, corn and yumminess. Not much of a fan for vegetarian food, but these didn't disappoint me at all.
Crunchy, cheesy, not spicy. Served in a small tin bucket along with small bowl of mayo mixed with onion and other spices, the quantity being perfect for two.
3) Veg Lasagna, cooked perfectly, be it the sauce or the pasta and with loads of cheese. Served in a small pan, quantity being perfect for two.
4) Dhokala Pakoda, the name totally confusing the customers, me being one of them, but you should totally try this one out. Thought completely out of the box, reinventing dhokla into something which would surprise you. The dhokla filled with cheese and spices and then made pakodas of, served with mint chutney. Spicy, crunchy, soft. Quantity being perfect for three.
5) Sangria, strong and perfect.

Staff :
The staff was really sweet, though little unattentive. Suhas being the perfect host, attended the customers and made sure they had a great time. The warmth in his welcome makes every customer feel comfortable in this new place instantly.

Overall first experience being amazing, definitely looking forward to the next one. And totally would recommend to others. This place won't disappoint you at all. And beware of the glass wall! (just inside jokes)

If you want spend time with good food & 🍺 🍺 beer offcourse. Coming back to food starters tandoors burgers & Thai main course. Hard to find this kind of pub in kalyaninagar with pocket friendly prices.

This place is chilled out. Not too rushed. Tried out some local mead for the first time. Tasted awesome. Heads-up. Guava chilly tastes better than apple cyder.

Great service and very good ambience. The lightings and the decor is very pleasing !

Awesome place, loved the delicacies they serve. The "Khari-n-Kheema" and "Dhokla Pakoda" they serve are unique and mind boggling.

Went there on a weekend-Sunday evening. The place was pretty vacant with both indoor and outdoor seating facility. The service was quick and the portion size was good. The food was warm, cozy and comfortable. The ambience was good and the music was tasteful and upbeat. Being a hygiene freak, the things that impressed me the most was the safety seat in the washroom- even the most elegant restaurants in Pune don’t provide it. Overall very impressed with the experience specially because the entire visit was unplanned.
