Excellent staff, super helpful

We visited the locker section crowded with so many customers but the lady on the counter is very polite and very cooperative. In all the staff was also cooperative.

Worst bank ever in the world. I have no words to describe. Don't ever open account in this bank. Staff is very inefficient,lazy and rude. Staff members are continuously talking on phone while working hours. Staff don't even give proper information. My mother opened account 2 months ago. They don't even printed cheque book. And now they are saying you didn't even applied for cheque book. Also they compulsorily made us fill the form of Pradhan Mantri jeevan jyoti yojna which is for people of 18-50 years of age, though my mother is 50 plus. And now when we ask them how can you debited 436 rs for this yojna when this is not even applicable to her, the staff is saying this is not our problem. Now i am going to close my account as well as my mothers account as soon as possible. Please i request everyone out there don't open account in this bank. And if you have already opened the account, then immediately close the account. Especially chaturshrungi branch. There are so many good banks around us. Bank of Maharashtra is no where!!!!!! Minus Star!!!!!

Bank of Maharashtra service is very very poor and staff very Rude. they Don't know how to communicate with customer.very bad experience worst staff

Don't go there they don't have a helping nature worst of all banks.
