The Estate cafe.

Nice place surrounded by nature. Beautiful garden, seats, many separate cozy places to seat. Atmosphere is amazing. We ordered filter coffee and it was really tasty. Also we tried some fried rice, omelette, gobi, panir masala etc. Food were more in Western style- so not too hot, that was nice and tasty for us. Service was very good and polite.

Spent a good afternoon at this cafe (Nov 2019). It has one of best calm vibes and beautiful garden area surrounded by tall trees, that I've come across. While the food and service was good enough, it was the ambience that won us over. We visited in a group of 6 and happened to be the only group for quite a while and had a great time chilling and having fun here. Recommended for a hangout with friends amidst nature.

We happened to be driving past and since the surroundings looked nice, decided to stop here for a break. I'm so glad we did as the experience was amazing! The manager was really nice, showed us around and told us a bit about coffee ☕. The location and ambience of the cafe itself is absolutely serene and beyond beautiful. We tried the solar eclipse coffee and filter coffee which were again absolutely delicious! 11/10 would recommend.

Very nice ambience in the midst of natural scenic beauty! The place was looking even nicer with festive lighting that were put on after sunset.

We enjoyed coffee n Lassi with some sandwiches.

We were taken care of by Sufi and he helped us with the selection of food too.

Located on the way to muthodi forest from chikmagaluru . Its one of the best cofee shop i have been to in the middle of the highway to forest .there was big open sitting area also for the people who love nature and want to do breakfast under the sky. Staff was very polite and informative. There were plantation of coffee and kalamiri around the estate. We visited in dec and it was very cold in eve 8 pm.

Simply amazing.
The place is beautifully constructed. It's amidst trees and the scenic beauty is very appealing to the eyes. The cafe is built in quite a large space hence gives you the feeling of a resort. We visited during evening hours and loved the ambience. We were slightly disappointed by the staff as the service was very very slow and we had to visit the billing counter several times to place a simple order. I hope they improve on the service. I would say a must visit place if you are in the town.

Very Good Place to Sit With Family and Friends

We went There multiple times during our visit, place has amazing vibes, good food and super awesome staff specially Madeesh and Udeep. They always carried smile on there on a very busy weekend as well.

It has a nice garden seating area and good amount of parking too.

Estate Cafe is situated on the way from Chikmagalur to Muthodi Forest. It is a cafe tucked within a coffe plantation and you can explore the plantation if you have time. The ambi nce is just awesome. The plantation, quietness of the surrounding forests, the Victorian chairs all add to the decor of the place.

In terms of the food, we ordered the traditional filter coffe and a drink called solar eclipse.

The coffee was great but the solar eclipse - with added cinnamon and chocolate was out of the world. The food we ordered - nuggets, omlette were also nice. The only challenge we faced was language as some of the servers didn't understand English.

You can also buy arabica coffee.

The place is very beautiful, the staff is very polite and the hazelnut coffee is to die for. Please do visit, my trip wouldn't ever be complete without visiting this place. You won't regret. They open at 9am.

Very good place at a beautiful location sounded by green & lusty nature. if you are going to badhra wildlife sanctuary & getting back then definitely a stop by place is a must, they got beautiful seatings as well a quick walk through of there estate on your own is a must.

It’s a great place to try coffee and breakfast in Chikmagalur, the taste is very good and it’s a value for the money. They have a lot of dine in place available , parking is also available here. Overall a must try place

Food : we have ordered some light food for us. Chapati, egg burgi, Fired rice and curd - are good . Egg sandwich 🥪 is just awesome that I really wish to get the same taste sandwich from our local cafes.

Washrooms are available, one for men and one for women which are all clean and well maintained.

Best place for cafe, food and snacks, excellent service and good quality. Mesmerize place for lunch/dinner.

I loved this place only for the ambience. Have not ordered any food so can't say about that. Did have their solar eclipse coffee, and it was great. With the taste of chocolate and spices, it reminded me a little of the Mexican hot chocolate.
My husband had lemon tea and he didn't complain either.(which means it was good/not bad)

Apart from that this place is all about ambience and beautiful views. Not food.

I would visit again. Yes I would. Again just for ambience and maybe some coffee.😁

Note: As a rule of thumb, in such remote and rural places, it would be wise to not order things like burgers and pizzas. I am a business owner, and I know how hard it is to maintain inventory of bread and other ingredients required for making burgers and pizzas. Chances are they will go stale or not taste fresh.
I would say order freshly prepared items like dal, roti, curries, fried rice and such.

This place has become my go-to place whenever I'm near Chikmagalur, the place is very nice with great views & have parking space, there is a place nearby you can visit in mallandur called the shooting spot, I would suggest triple layer coffe & Hazelnut coffee

It's tooooo beautiful. Can't describe how beautiful it was. Even the washrooms were clean . Lil bit costly but the view was worth it.

Rest of the menu is delicious and the most beautiful thing about the cafe is that it gives you the mini tour of how coffee is made right from the plant to your cup!! Isn't that amazing.

I loved the whole cafe experience. The place is so amazing that you actually feel royal. Bougenvillas and other flowers are so amazing you feel just sit and enjoy the view. After having light breakfast we took the own estate cafe coffee powder. It was The best tasting coffee. My family loved the coffee taste. If you are here don't forget to get a pack of it
