Excellent Rooms, the staff were all polite and very helpful. Play areas for younger children as well as a pool to keep them busy. Excellent jacuzzi and a sauna room. Package deals are the best for large groups as you can get meal offers with it

This place has a lot to offer, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and a charming atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. However, the prices are a bit on the high side, and the wait times can be long during peak hours. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

Stayed there for three night. The resort is good enough to stay for a while. The total environment is very much clean and eye soothing. Foods are very much tasty. Rooms are very much beautiful and clean.

Everything is enough good except the area. The total area is very much small. Even there is no playground. Otherwise this is good.

This 5 star hotel and golf is very attractive. It is one of the most beautiful hotel and motel in South Asia. It has an international standards for suits, swimming pool, golf and spa. The natural beauty is very attractive and thousands of travellers come here and comfortably enjoy here safely.The every foods and euits are budjet friendly. But I recommend to reduce all the costing.

Attended an official event at the Grand Sultan Tea Resort and Golf. The BBQ dinner at the pool-side was delicious. But breakfast was poor.

We booked a full board package but they had to change it due to some maintenance issues. I was about to be upset but to compensate for the change they decided to give us a 55% discount and a complementary late check out that we needed for our evening return train. I was truly thankful to them for this. I will definitely revisit again.

Its a great place for vacation. Swimmings Pool is large. They maintained the swimming costumes rules. Behavior of the staff is very good.
