Novem Eco Resort

The place was eh average. The private pool was nice, they changed the water everyday. Tv with tv box. The view was nice. The service was nice and professional. But which really surprised me is I've been to many resorts and the food in the resorts ar generally not good but their food was extraordinary. It was better than well-known restaurants. It's expensive and if you want it delivered on your room you've to add 10% service charge with 5% vat but the quantity of the food was really good. The 1:2 items could be eaten by 3 person easily. Very good experience indeed.

The place is a very good place for groups or office tours. It's a tad bit on the expensive side. If you don't have personal vehicles, the going and coming to and fro the main town is going to be a major hassle and inconvenience as this will cost alot of money.
It's definitely a place one should visit if money isn't a factor and if you want to click loads of pictures. But if your intention is to have a good time with your friends, there are far better places which costs much less without taking anything away from the fun factor.

This is a beautiful small resort with variety of room categories. The staffs are cordial but still not professional. The resort is very clean and the foods are good. The food price might looks like pretty high but the quantity they serve is good enough for two persons.

One of the best resort in Sreemongol, Moulvibazar, Sylhet. Foods are.bit expensive but testy. Clean, well decorated and peaceful place. Recommend 👍

Beautiful resort. Foods are very tasty. I have stayed in Family Deluxe room. It was so nice room on top of the hill. The area is small but so beautiful. Food is very tasty and reasonable price. Service was so good.

Besides being located rather far from town it is a wonderful place, very clean (European standard!), comfortable room, the service personnel is very friendly and kind, good food, great swimming pool, lovely garden. Come and experience yourself. Also great for families with kids - they have a playground with pet animals.

One of the best resorts in Sreemongol. Duplex villa was awesome, but too many stairs may annoy you. The swimming pool was cool!

Echo-friendly resort. Modern amenities with a touch of nature. People travel to hills to enjoy the nature and this resort has been designed in such a way so that visitors can enjoy the nature. Such a rare combination of nature and luxury.

The ambience of the place was good. We stayed for two days and two nights. The service was good. The washrooms are really. Well. Other than the wood cottage and duplex villa, the Tea Garden Cottage should have been modified and made spacious.
Food price is high, but the quality of the food good. Its a go to place definitely.

A beautiful place to relax. Nice view from the room. We stayed in the east side hill room, which has a private pool on its veranda. As the sun rises, I enjoy this awesome view from the room while I sip on some tea. The resort employee provided excellent customer service.

Though the location is a little remote, but that's also an advantage. It’s way outside from crowd, well secured, very well planned, rooms are great, and food is good also. The gem is two wooden cottages with private swimming pool. Also, there are some other rooms with jacuzzi. Staffs are well trained. I must recommend.

It was nice experience stay there for two nights at wood cottage. Thanks to two of my close friend Mehedi Hasan and Mahfuzur Rahman Dipu, for their support in booking. There food quality is nice. Though price is little high but the taste worth it. Night view from wood cottage was outstanding though we are unable to take the pool facility of wood cottage due to night Bugs. Staffs are very friendly and well mannered.

Great Place for relaxation.. excellent rooms and their hospitality was amazing. Foods are bit expensive but it was really good.. Finally its a great value for money..

They have a wide variety of rooms to stay in. Mud house, wooden cottage and duplex bungalows are available. We stayed in the duplex and I have to tell you, the view was phenomenal. It is located on the summit of a small hill giving it the wonderful view. The duplex.

The service when compared to tea resort is as opposite as ice and fire. rooms were well cleaned, A/C worked properly and what not. The workers were EXTREMELY friendly.
