Personally I loved the gym and the trainers were very kind. The gym has been renovated recently, the air conditioning is good. It is not crowded as well. Peaceful gym.
Myself, I am a sports person and play a lot of Football, Cricket. Unfortunately I had to undergo an ACL surgery and just within 6 months I wanted to start my rehabilitation. I was kinda lost and I found this fitness center the perfect fit for me. The physio's Joshuva, Hema and Mohnish really helped me through to obtaining into 100% fitness with proper rehabilitation and strength exercises.

The gym isn't the biggest or most modern, but it has everything you need to build some solid muscle, has a great location at the race course and the trainers are really friendly!

Best place in race course to workout. Good and clean ambiance and has all the necessary Equipments for resistance and cardio training.

Accessibility to race course walking area is another added bonus.

I was taken a one month membership here!! Here physios and trainers both are available they are taking care individually, I love thr atmosphere, it won't be rushed and feel free as ventilated, we can spend our time peacefully

A really good gym at the heart of the city, not too crowded during peak hours. The trainer Mr.Riyaz is very helpful.
