Although there is no provision for a lift, tourists must understand that constructing a lift in pre-existing buildings in hilly areas is not so easy, and when you've climbed up to 7000 feet, walking two floors shouldn't be a problem! Plus, the staff will gladly take care of your belongings, leaving you worry-free! Overall, it's a beautiful experience!

One of the best hotels in Pelling. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Much credit goes to Ms. Priya because of her extraordinary approach towards customers and taking the hotel to the next level. I would love to stay again in this property. Views from the hotel room balcony were amazing. Breakfast was also very nice.

Warm welcome by the hotel staff. Food quality in the hotel is good. Rooms were small but clean and had all the facilities is there.The Kanchanjunga view from terrace is beautiful. I want mentioned the named is Priya who look after each and every Guest personally whenever they face any problem.Will surely stay again.

The hotel was excellent in all respects. All the staff were very friendly. Reception staff were especially friendly. Food was also excellent. The rooms had good view of Kanchenjunga range. Restaurant staff Pema and Aadesh were very cordial. Reception staff Bishistha, Aravindh and Ranjan were also very supportive in upgrading the room and general queries. Thanks to all Summit staff for a memorable experience.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and wonderful. The food was tasty and the play room was also very fun. The staff was very helping especially Bisesta and Priya ma'am

I visited Summit Newa with family. Received a very warm welcome on arrival. Rooms were clean and tidy. View from balcony and terrace is mesmerising. Restaurant food was good but with very limited choice. Breakfast was good and Mr Adesh from service team was very co-operative. Front desk staff Priya and Manager were very friendly. They even called us to inform regarding forgotten item.
Definitely recommended if planning tour to Peling.

Had a wonderful holiday in this Hotel.The staff was superb and made us feel special like home. Especially thanks to Priya we are lucky to met you hospitable and friendly. The nature of their percolates down to every staff of the hotel. The staff at the gate welcomes all guests and this welcome continue throughout your stay. Food was very tasty and were prepared as per our request. Room were the best you could expect for a holiday in the mountains.Would definitely revisit this hotel on my next trip.
