Very good heritage feeling. Nice pool, clean room and good food. I recommend living in the suite, your backdoor would open into the pool area directly.

Everything was lovely and the detail of attention of the people was fantastic. The place has a lot of charm and the food is also amazing. Even more, if you don't eat spicy like me. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is to take a massage in winter as the space is very cold and it wouldn't be so pleasant.

This place is simply amazing.
110 years of history, and everything is as authentic as it can be. It really feels like going back to the last century, the ambience is wonderful, the staff is really attentive and helpful, the building is extremely well looked.
The rooms are beautiful and original in their decoration. It really feels like time stopped here and there's certainly something magic in this place. We stayed two nights and we're glad we extended our stay, as this is not just a hotel to sleep and go, it's an experience in itself that would need at least two nights and some time in the garden and in the premises to be fully appreciated

We had stayed at this property last year, and the experience was excellent. Rooms were lovely; the hotel was very well maintained, and the staff was courteous. Along with that, they had excellent food, and the chef took personal care of our stay. Completely 5-star rating to our experience at the Hotel. Highly recommend this property.

We had a very pleasant stay in this relic of a bygone era.
The imposing colonial structure of the bygone era at the heart of the city provides a very comfortable stay option. Right on MG Road, yet inside the building there is absolute peace and serenity. The marble inlaid floors, fourposter beds, a little dilapidated but antique wooden furniture, all exude an old world charm that calms your travel-weary mind instantly. The old structure means the rooms are quite cool even when outside it's Agra summer. Loved the courtyard garden, the small but clean swimming pool complete with a Mughal-looking gazebo.
Special mention: the staff were very courteous, service quite prompt, dinner delicious.
Negative: the floors are quite sticky, they can definitely be cleaned thoroughly more often.

Was on a one day visit to Agra just to see The Taj Mahal and wanted to book a not so pricey, no frills room but while I was browsing through the option available on Google, came across this wonderful property right in the middle of the City.

Its located right oppsite the DM's bungalow along the bylanes of Jama Masjid.

It has its own separate parking and quite spacious too. The parking is sufficient for almost 20 cars.

We were greeted by a group of very hospitable and smiling staff. As promised, we were welcomed with a glass of Welcome drinks on arrival, a small tikka on our foreheads to make it auspicious and a garland of Marigolds to ward off all evil.

We were then escorted to our designated room nicknamed 'Meera Bai', which was booked under the title of 'Chamber of Prince' category. All the rooms are very spacious with a king size four poster beds, a 40 inch LED TV, a well stacked mini bar on chargeable basis, a spacious and clean washroom with a bath tub and exotic antique furniture in the room.

The room backdoor opened up to their private swimming pool which is open till 7 pm in the evening. The pool encloses a gondola in the middle where ethnic musicians play live music in the evening.

They have a complimentary Puppet show everyday evening and also henna making service for interested ladies and gents.

They have a single restaurant which serves all kinds of cuisines alongwith a full fledged bar.

For the price offered, it was the best deal I have ever had.

Chamber of Prince = Royalty!! Must stay at this heritage property!!

Spent our first anniversary here. The property is over 100 years old. Complete heritage feel. Wide corridors, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff is well trained. Our room was beautifully done up on arrival. Special thanks to Udaybhan from the housekeeping. Rooms are well appointed and luxurious. From check-in to check-out had a smooth stay. The location of the property is also good. Everything in the city is maximum 5-7 minutes drive. Over all had a brilliant experience and will return for sure.

P.S: The breakfast spread could be a bit more elaborate!

Extraordinary!
Firstly, the hotel is located in a spacious area. Swimming is fun here. The food served is amazing and they serve variety of food.
Rooms here are made with historical interiors offering a historic scene with the rooms named with historical characters.
Rooms are cozy and the service is quick too.

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly also. Food is costly but good quality. Would highly recommend using Ali the tuk tuk driver outside the hotel. He's worked there for 25 years and is very friendly, speaks good English and is the safest TT driver we've ever known.

Great stay. Clean beds and sheets, welcoming staff. Special thank you to Sabiya, who told us about the history of the hotel, and did mine and my friends Mehndi for free. She always has a smile on her face!

One of the great hotels in Agra. The staff are nice and courteous. They don't bug or keep starring at you like some of the other hotels. I've been there a multiple of times, a couple of nights we sang, played guitar and nobody disturbed is having good time altogether.. it is a ITC group hotel now.

Nice , calm environment. And big size rooms and bathrooms with bath tub and antique furniture. Great place indeed

If you like historic buildings and retro style stay, this is the place to stay in Agra. Grand imperial hotel offers very big rooms, beautiful paintings, a well maintained lawn with seating arrangements a full fledge swimming pool (couldn't enjoy due to COVID). Food is okay and also cheap, but having drinks in the Bar is a costly affair. I just returned back and had my dunk in the room after seeing the Bar menu, which showed Rs. 800 per peg of a basic blended scotch like 100 Piper's. Staff are well dressed in traditional attire and are very courteous. They even provided me with a drying stand and an iron box with ironing table on request. Building is well maintained for the fact that it's 110 years old. It used to be a guest house for British Officers during the Colonial era. Overall it was a pleasant stay for 8 days of my business trip. Hope this helps.. Cheers!!!

The best hotel in Agra. Probably one of the best places to stay at. The only Heritage hotel in the city. Loved everything about the place. The rooms, the architecture, the facilities and the service.. everything is just freaking awesome. FYI the place also has a swimming pool.

Very nice tipical Indian hotel with nice staff.
In the evening during dinner we had the pleasure of listening to Indian music with musicians, and in the garden nice little shows, a very nice different experience to live the hotel time.
You have to try!

The Grand Imperial heritage hotel is a good place for tourists to have a rest. The room is large and comfortable. You can feel the history with all the furniture and paintings. The service is good, and we like it a lot.
