I joined Krumur Clinic about 6 months ago mainly for problems in my left knee. I had fractured my right foot (2 metatarsals) which was incorrectly set about 12 years ago. This caused an unusual gait and few more falls resulting in fractures in both arms one of which required 3 surgeries to regain full movement. The faulty gait caused unnecessary strain in my left knee which further limited my movements, causing a host of other problems besides increase in weight. The thought of having a knee replacement frightened me so I needed to look at other alternatives.

Coming to Krumur Clinic was an eye opener. Not only have they strengthened my left knee and my arms, but also corrected my gait and other related problems and - helped me lose weight. Their Doctors and Nutritionist are excellent in reading each patient correctly and prescribing the diet and excercise to help you. The floor trainers are also well trained and aware of 'anatomy' to make sure you don't hurt yourself with the exercises. If an exercise is painful, they have an alternative to meet your goal. With each improvement, both the diet and exercise plan are fine-tuned to help you meet your next milestone.

I think coming to Krumur was the turning point for me. It has improved my quality of life and l have regained my confidence.

I had an ankle twist and shin splints due to which I had severe pain when static or while walking as well. Krumur is brilliant with understanding the root cause and getting it fixed completely with physiotherapy only. I was relieved from intense pain within 3 weeks and then was trained to gain strength and conditioning overall. Thanks to Dr Neha and Rajesh and all the staff as they are very knowledgeable, warm and helpful.

I came to Krumur post my ACL surgery, within a months time I was being able to walk without crutches. Dr Neha was especially helpful and the entire team is very dedicated and qualified. Would recommend to anyone having any orthopaedic problem.

Thanks to Krumur, I have regained my mobility and strength and am enjoying pain free days after many years. Appreciate Krumurs approach of thorough analysis of the problems, working on them diligently and taking regular feedback. Also the trainers are polite and always open to specific requests and suggestions. Well equipped and clean.

My knee was in a bad state. I had almost made up my mind for surgery. I was referred by a friend. I have been here for 9 months and I have decided to be here forever now. My knee pain has completely gone. The staff here is very warm and friendly. Special mention of Coach Harish and Dr. Cruze. They're doing an excellent work.

I came to know about Krumur clinic in end Oct 2020. Frankly, when Brig Raja, one of the founders, was telling me at that time, that you shall be fine in a couple of months, I could not believe him ... simply because I was in a very bad shape since Aug 2020.

Sitting and working was out of question for me. Walking was painful. I had spent many sleepless nights because of my back-pain.

However, today I could comfortably walk for 40 minutes at a very good speed of 5.5 kmph.

Need I say more about the staff and their techniques!

A very logical and tailor-made approach for every person, results in long-term healing. Unlike other places which are very "money-minded", here there is a focussed approach on healing the patient, no matter what it takes in terms of effort by the excellent staff.

My wife, Jasmine has also benefitted immensely from the treatment here. She has been able to actively resume her Bharatanatyam after nearly two decades. A knee injury in 1998 kept her away from her passion. Thankfully, after about two months of training and treatment, she is back on her toes (literally).

The best part about Krumur Healthcare is the positive environment, Dr. Cruze, Dr. Neha PT and all other dedicated and helpful staff. I have seen a lot of patients and athletes of various age groups between 10 years to 85 years who go there for treatment, and have seen there miraculous recovery with a few weeks of joining the program. They provide treatment for Sciatica, Spine Problems, Sports Injury Rehab, Pre / Post Surgery Rehab, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Musculoskeletal Problems, Shoulder & Joint Problems,Fall Prevention etc. I hold on high regards of the treatments and their curative goals for every patient. Have to write again.. So to start with, i reached the center with disc bulge in Lumber 4,5 and with lower back pain and back stiff. Therapy/exercise went on for 6 months (excluding) 2 months of lockdown period). It started to work. Mainly it helped me not to put on extra weight. I gradually learnt and understood that there are few exercises which can provide me relief out of all these pains. Finally, left the center considering I can do those stuffs at my home of my own. Distance could also be a factor here. I do not like to drive 20 kms every day ;).. Very competitive fee packages. Therapists, doctors and house staffs all are well behaved and knows their job. Few of them are holding PT knowledge as well. To name a few out of them are: Dr Neha Dadlani, trainer Wagh sir, Madhu mam, Shivam/Shubham. Please consider them for a good hike this year :)..
I will be looking forward to visit the place for Shiatsu.

Temperary pain relief but again pain increased while working in my job.
I searched about krumur clinic on net.
I started treatment for 15 days schedule.
That time my pain was decreased and my body, back released. There is a proper technic of body pain release, proper geometrical alignment of body ,
Their all staff is very cooperative .
Dr.Neha mam and Selvam sir taking care of every patients personally with suggestions.
I am happy from theirs treatment and thanks to the people who took my exercise and my massage.

It was altogether a wonderful experience and the treatment for which I had visited the clinic viz. backache has been completely cured with a one month program. The clinic has all the facilities for a total workout and the programs are structured specifically for the treatment of various health issues. The staff is excellent, highly courteous and helpful.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson about 11 yrs ago. With lapse of time the ailment progressed and my health deteriorated. A stroke of luck brought me to Krumur and Lt Gen (Retd) Dr Cruze. This was like Divine intervention. The exercises and work outs designed for me gave strength to my muscles. The positive attitude of the staff at Krumur gave me mental confidence. The progress of Parkinson is under control. The quality of my life is Better. My gratitude to every one at Krumur with a special mention of Dr Cruze .

My self Nagveni Kumbar prior coming to Krumur . I was not able sit down, could not bend my body, had lots of pain in back but after 3 months stay with Krumur team there were lots of changes I was much better than before. I could independently bend forward, backwards, sitting on the floor etc. Shubham and Wagh sir both handed me carefully and lots of motivation from Neha and Madhoo maam. I also lost my weight 5kgs in one month.
