Excellent cars and service. Hired Baleno for 6 days for Yamunotri and Gangotri . Car was in top notch condition. Reasonably priced. Mr Mukesh is very polite and was available for any queries and support. They delivered car and picked up car from my hotel. Car got some scratches during my journey and they deducted slightly more money from deposit than I was expecting but that is OK. One suggestion: Please implement "tank full at pickup and delivery method" instead of giving nearly empty tank so that customer does not have to worry about overfilling than he needs. Overall superb experience. I will recommend to others.

Fast service. Trustworthy people. Car was ready and well serviced before delivery. Traveled through 1200kms in 9 days. Not faced any single issue. Got small dent on our car on last day just before returning the car due to someone else’s fault. They charged actual and realistic amount and returned remaining deposit ASAP. Highly professional people. If they continue doing so, I feel mCars will be much better thn zoom and other self rentals. Would love to use their service again.

Excellent service.. I was given a new Glanza. Car was superb. I drove 600km. The speed limit of 80kmph was good. Fuel mileage of 20kmph is all excellent. I liked the hybrid model. Ghat road drive was an amazing feeling. Mukesh and narender both spoke softly and will take care of the customer happiness. And are available over call/WhatsApp anytime. I was happy about airport pickup and drop.

I took 3 self drive car services from them, two for local trips and one for kullu manali and I must say charges are very reasonable and cars are neat and clean and well serviced. We hired cars twice from Mr. mukesh... once for Chakrata and second time for Mussorie... and both time the responsiveness and courtesy of Mr Mukesh was very good... both times the car given were new (2019 and 2020 model)... they charge for drop and pickup at your place which is highly appreciated... a deposit is taken which is returned on the spot... One improvement area would be to deliver the car washed and cleaned which will surely be appreciated and add an amazing customer experience
