Few days back I went for purchasing
Household items and I wanted purchase pampers pant for my kid but by mistake I picked up pampers diapers, so yesterday I called them to ask them If they could exchange and delivery it to my place and they quickly exchanged and delivered it to my place on the same day. In the end I would like to say the person who picked my call was very polite and they also gave a call back after conforming all my information and I also ordered few items and they provided me with the pictures of the products on WhatsApp so that I could confirm my order.

All items can be found and you can ask for if not available they can get it and inform you once available. I have ordered. Coffee beans and they bought and called.me.that this is available in store now..good and young staff with energy

It is indeed such a pleasure to shop at the Canal Road Urban Buy outlet. The staff are well trained - very patient, co-operative, courteous and eager to please each customer. They are extremely alert, attentive and answer all queries patiently and polite. I am so happy that this large departmental store, with almost everything I need, is located on Canal Road. My request is that the owners open up a fruit and vegetable floor too.

Amazing to buy frozen and imported goods specially sauces they have amazing kitchen wear as well but kids section is not good food items are amazing all the flavours of drinks and ramen are available there
