The hotel is highly recommended with cozy home-like rooms, clean washrooms with complimentary toiletries, authentic Tibetan atmosphere, welcoming and trustworthy staff, good views from every part of the hotel, a well-organized and decorated reception area with a guitar for recreation, and a display of the first computer. The location is also great and safe with a police post across the street. Overall, give the hotel a five-star review.

Typical travellers hotel: budget stay, simple hotel, good location and the best part is the view of the Kanchenjunga (unfortunately we couldn't see due to the weather conditions).

Service is prompt, they served nice hot breakfast and you can check out the many restaurants in the area as well.

Location: bang on. We saw Kanchenjunga from our rooms. Location in Pelling town is also great as there are lot of eateries around.
Service: Food is good. Service is a bit delayed.

One of the iconic hotels of Pelling located strategically in front of the Pelling main square with large spacious rooms and friendly staffs with great views of kanchenjunga. If you are staying in Phamrong, everything is closeby, the SBI ATM, the local taxi stand, the restaurants, the police picket...everything is accessible from here.

The hotel is at a Prime location of Upper Pelling. The rooms are spacious along with the beautiful view of kanchenjunga from the balcony. The owner and staff are very friendly and down to earth. There might be some issue regarding wifi however network issues is common in all hill stations.

We stay there for twice a nights on the month of Feb 2022. It was an amazing experience at the property. As per the location the property is in good place jst Infront of chowrasta... Our rooms was Kanchanjangha view along with all the rooms r mountain view. Rooms are spacious with all amenities along with hygenic. Staffs are very supportive. Whenever we required their service they provide us with their smiling face. Special thanks goes to Tumpa Mam for her support in every respect. 🙂🙂

Location is superb...... But rooms are dirty

Best hotel ever! The owner and manager is so good you will feel at home. The decor, ambience and clean rooms are much appreciated! If you are at Pelling this is the hotel to stay in. Best view and placement right in the market. We enjoyed our stay!
