Hotel Ace Pine Valley

Rooms are average but it was clean. Bathroom was big and clean. Broken charging board in the room, so it was difficult to charge my phones. Otherwise, Kanchanjangha view from balcony was just awesome. Staffs and their services were great.
Location is good, just beside petrol pump in upper pelling.

only drawback is the service of the hotel. The staffs are not trained enough to provide service to the customers. we reached hotel and kept waiting for around 15 20 min somebody to meet us. its December and they were not willing to give us Room Heater. after lot of arguments provided us with one. diner was served cold. Breakfast was not served on time even after repeated reminders they served breakfast 1hr late. no body was in the kitchen.
manager was either confused with lot of guest or willingly not offering service,
location is good. can vie Kanchenjunga from room.
