MANDARIN VILLAGE RESORT

One of my Best Experiences! at The Mandarin Village Resort, a must-visit place in Kaluk, Sikkim. It is a place to rejuvenate from the hustle and bustle of the urban town or city for a worthwhile stay during weekends or a long holiday with family or friends. The place is rich with mandarin trees, kiwi farming, and many more along with lovely collections of flowers. I love to visit this place again as two nights were not enough to fill my appetite for tranquility.

Love the mesmerizing view from their viewpoint from the rice fields to the lush green forest however, I missed the breathtaking view of Mt Kanchenjunga due to smoky weather. Maybe better luck next time.

The resort is well-furnished with spacious rooms and luxuries including a cute little balcony, where one can enjoy a cup of mandarin tea or any tea along with true nature at its best.

The icing on the cake was the owner himself who made himself available to attend us and the staff were also very cooperative and wonderful with great hospitality. Their simplicity and politeness touched my heart.

We stayed here only for a day but the staffs, who are very polite, have behaved extremely well with us and made us feel as comfortable as possible with the best quality services. The view point of this resort feels like heaven, the view from that place was equally as good as the resort itself. We are greatful that we had chosen this resort because the staffs, on a single request, had arranged a wonderful cake and a small celebration was held for my marriage anniversary by the them. It was a pleasure spending time here..

Had a lovely experience here with scenic beauty. The place is a natural beauty with vast greenery all around, beautiful and kept gardens and wonderful view points within the place itself. The service of the staffs and the owner was very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely recommend to my friends as well and will definitely come back to experience it all over again :)

“When Nature meets with Luxury” A wonderful property in the lapse of nature. Staffs are very nice, we are hostel by a beautiful girl Ms. Inkila, who is very friendly and shown us every corner of the property treat us like their extended family. Highly recommend if you want to spend some quality times with nature in combination with cozy environment.

It's our nice experience staying in Mandarin village resort, Kaluk. Very nice view from the resort. Full of flora and fauna. Hospitalility of the staff members is fantastic. Specially the manager Miss Inkila Bhutia is very much helpful, jovial and ever smiling. Food was too good. I shall suggest everyone to stay there once..We stayed there from 21st March to 25 th March,24. Really it is very calm and peaceful place. We shall go once again there. Thanks to the management of Mandarin village Resort.

Excellent & refreshing place with kinds of amusements, it has been a most delightful evening party, those campfire, kereoke & obviously staff efforts for delicious barbecued chicken and karchimarchi. Best place to visit for refresh oneself, with colleagues and families.

What a place to spend a leisure time with your family & loved ones. Starting from rooms to the spread they offer, from the scenic beauty of the resort to the organic vegetation, an amazing experience I had. The behavior of the resort authorities are so homely, one wouldn't feel they are out of their homes, the complimentary Mandarin Tea has stolen hearts of so many & ofcourse the outdoor gaming options, I am out of words to explain my experience there. A must visit for every age group, may it be friends, couple or a family, a breathtaking view with their hand-beaten coffee will make you forget Starbucks & CCD, I can assure you that. Overall 10/10 experience & looking forward to visit again. Oh ofcourse, if you like momos, don't miss out their momos. ❤

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, and ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. Recommend for bon fire and barbecue. We look forward to coming back

I rarely give a review but it's also rare to come across a place where, you fall in love at first sight. With increasing commercialized hotel, and money oriented properties, this place stands on its unique ground. Very humble and caring staff, superb ambience with an awesome view. Staff who actually take care of you personally when you want peace and relaxation.. A must visit for sure..

The whole experience of staying was really amazing. The rooms were neat and clean. The location was mesmerizing. The view point attached with the resort was an icing on the cake. The best part of the resort was, it's staffs. Both the managers Ujjwal and Inkila were really helpful, took care of every little need of us. All the other staffs were also very friendly. The barbeque experience was fantastic. The staffs danced and sang with us too. If you visit Kaluk, this place will be the best one to stay at.

We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and the food was excellent. The staff at the resort were kind enough to offer and provide the best room available. The staff members were very welcoming and made us feel at home..

First and foremost, the view of Mount Kanchenjunga from the Mandarin Resort is breathtaking. At that spot, I discovered various beautiful flowers and birds, proving that Mandarin Resort is a naturally beautiful area in Sikkim.
Parking is also great, and as previously noted, Kanchenjunga, as well as other mountains, villages, and extensive woods, can be observed from these resorts.

We stayed for one day on 12 th March 2024.An extraordinary environment as well as there hospitality.Two or three days can be spent sitting here.If the sky is clear, you can enjoy the beauty of Kanchanjungha at home.Good enough for dinning.We increased our hunger to come again.

Best place for relax and retreat. Beautiful ambience with such wonderful hospitality. A must visit destination.

Update: It was quite surprising that they arranged a warm ceremony to celebrate our First Anniversary !! It was totally unexpected and will be an unforgettable memory for us. Thanks to all the staffs of Mandarin Village Resort for they hospitality !

We had our recent stay at Mandarin Village Resort last week. Generally when we give a 5 star rating we talk about good service, good behaviour,etc but here as a whole I want to draw your attention to the quality of hospitality they have provided. They showed immense professionalism in delivering what they promised us earlier. Not only that, they know how to retain a customer. Mr. Bharat Chetri, the Manager of this property hasn't left any such instance to make us feel special starting from the time we entered and to the time we departed. This property is extremely neat and clean, gives one of the best views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Overall it was an experience that we will never forget and the essence of hospitality will remain for quite a long time. Thank you Team Mandarin Village Resort. Highly Recommended.

Whatever I say here is going to be less about the property. Mr. Bharat chhetri and his associates had been kind enough to offer me and my wife one of the best rooms in the entire property. We had driven by our own during this year October and I was particularly sceptical about the property. The staff members are very welcoming and will make you home.
I would like to thank the lady owner of the property to being extremely kind and warm towards us. We had a lovely time with the little one of the owners and his pet cats. ;)

It is an incredible location. The breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga from the Mandarin Village Resort was something I truly adored. There is a library and a separate balcony to unwind on if you enjoy spending time alone yourself.

Just awesome is what I can say about the place. Starting from welcome tea, behaviour of all the staffs, was great. Each and every moments were memorable and will be cherished. Mr. Bharat Chettri, the manager was exceptional in his behaviour, and was very charming.
